Because of his poor bedside manner and utter distaste for a child that doesn't cooperate with him he had the nurse restrain my 4 yr old to examine her ears and in the process scratched her ear canal. Oh and when she wasnt cooperating he asked if she was special needs. As if something was wrong with her because she didnt want him touching her. All to try and find a reason for her bloody noses now she is in constant pain in her ear. He walked out of the appointment out of frustration and just absolutely no bedside manner. He shouldn't work with children at all.

If you have little kids he is not the Dr to see. I was recommended by a coworker to see this Dr and I'm sorry I did. As soon as my 4 yr old didnt want to cooperate with him it went down hill fast. I explained to him my daughter had a bad experience with her last ent when he cauterized her nose, and he shrugged it off and when she still would not allow him to examine her he walked out of the appointment. Came back in 3 minutes later & asked if she was better and brought the nurse to assist in restraining her to look in her ears. As she was struggling while he was looking all of a sudden he just rolls back in the chair and says he cant do anything to help & to use a humidifier & saline for her bloody noses. (Obviously I. Coming to a specialist because those avenues have not worked) and left the appointment. When we got into the parking lot my daughter complained he hurt her ear. She kept complaining the next day and when I looked in her ear its covered in dry blood & wax. I bring her… to my pediatrician & he scratched her. He has absolutely no bed side manor. If you are a pediatric specialist first rule of thumb gain your patient's trust. And on top of it all when my daughter didnt want to cooperate he had the nerve to ask me if she had special needs or issues. No Dr she just didnt like you and I agree. SAVE YOURSELF THE TRAUMA AND LOOK ELSEWHERE

I took my three year old son to him because he constantly had a cold that would not go away. Also, his behavior was becoming more difficult which I thought may be contributed to his nasal issues. Dr Keller had me hold his hands down while he looked up his nose with some instrument and my son was screaming. He wasn’t playful or friendly to my son at all. After the exam he stated that what my son needs is a developmental specialist because of his behavior, not an ent. Meantime, later my son was diagnosed at some point by his pediatrician that the constant colds were really strep.

This guy is arrogant and misdiagnosised my adult son. I would not recommend him.

Really nice person. I enjoyed seeing him each time I had taken my daughter there for a visit. I wished his office was a little closer to where I lived.

It's funny I seen reviews before I made appointment and was a little skeptical. He came highly recommended by my sister in law. Took my son to him in regards to reoccurring ear infections. He was fantastic. He had great bedside manner. He was not only kind to my son, but also my daughter and my husband and I. Really a sweet man. Explained everything thoroughly to make sure we understood every possible detail. He also made us feel at ease about the procedure our son needed. I just can't tell you enough how nice he was to all of us. The nurses, front desk staff and audiologist were all outstanding. I was really pleased with the entire experience. Everyone treated both my children so well. I can't imagine how anyone would have a bad thing to say about them. I live in New Rochelle and drove a half hour to the office, which is kinda out of our way, and I couldn't be more pleased. Waiting area and office is very clean and modern also.

Dr. Keller is one of the worst doctors I have dealt with and worst of all it was not for me but for my 6 years old daughter. My daughter and I were referred to him directly from our pediatrician's office for hard wax build up that the doc felt was better treated by a pediatric ENT specialist. We were the first ones there but the wait took over 40min. The front desk staff were minimally helpful, though spoke politely while doing nothing to check on or update us despite notifying repeatedly my daughter needed to get back to school for a planned activity and that we could come back another day. I should have taken her out of that office then. Once in the exam room, I explained about the decrease in hearing in my daughter's left ear, which the school nurse said was likely secondary from build up of wax she saw on exam. I also explained how our pediatrician referred her to him because there may be an underlying infection in that ear. Dr. Keller seamed uninterested and distant, did not smile… nor acknowledge my daughter even once! He minimized the situation, said the hardening was likely due to Q tips that were being used at home, even though we never use Q tips to clean her ears. He then, in a rather barbaric manner, asked me to hold down both her arms and he proceeded to dig inside my daughter's ears with a hard pointy metal object in an attempt to "scoop out" the wax. After what felt like at least three min of digging in one ear, a hard rock like ball of wax came out. At this point, my daughter, who has a high tolerance for pain, was crying and pleading for this painful procedure to stop. Dr. Keller ignored her and told me to keep holding her hands down so she can't move them, acted like she was exaggerating the level of pain, and proceeded with the left ear. My daughter is screaming and I told him it's better if he stops since she never cries in pain like this and to me, indicated he was worsening her situation by forcing to take it out without any medicine, fluid or local anesthesia!! He only stopped after he ended up scratching the inside of her ear and blood started to come out. He quickly said it's not a significant injury and that a little blood from her ear that night is expected and not a big deal. He then told us I should go to the pharmacy and get a wax removing kit and use it at home and come back in 6-8 weeks! My daughter was still wailing and I was seeing blood in her ear so I asked if he could give her some Tylenol before we left. He was again dismissive and stated they didn't have any syrup Tylenol and I can purchase it at the pharmacy nearby. At this point, I was visibly taken aback and frustrated. This was a pediatric ENT office after all. Is it too much to ask for children's Tylenol? Before we left, he stated he saw a "glimpse" of the membrane and that there were no signs of infection. Two weeks later, my daughter was found to have a left sided ear infection and was treated with antibiotics! Needless to say, we will never set foot in that office again!

Excellent doctor!!!He was great with both of my children. He made th feel at ease before procedure and after. Excellent bed side manners. I would definitely recommend him to everyone. His nurse at Mt. Kisco Medical is great as well.

Dr. Keller is not good with kids. Mine was scared of a simple procedure. Dr. Keller started off with an attitude to me, his parent, and then preceded to yell at my child when he was scared and started to cry during the procedure saying he was not a good child. I will never go back to Dr. Keller again and I will never use this practice. VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT.
