Find a specialist not a generalist. Failed surgery.

WAS A RELAXED VISIT. DR. KLAUSER EXPLAINED WHAT WAS HAPPENING WITH MY SHOULDER. I LIKED THE WAY HE EXPLAINED WHAT WAS HAPPENING ON MY X-RAY AND WHAT THE FIX WOULD LOOK LIKE.

Amazing and helpful very quick recovery

Dr Klauser was fantastic throughout the entire process. 6 weeks post op .....and I am feeling great!!! I highly recommend him

At 51 years of age, there is a possibility it is me. However, maybe it is the times we live in. How very sad. I grew up in an age where DOCTORS had bed side manner, care,concern and made their patients comfortable. I refuse to reference Mr. Klauser as a Dr any further in my review. Perhaps he is wonderful with sports injuries and youth. It would seem that way being the office was covered with high school football teams. I WISH I would have known this prior to my complete WASTE OF TIME!. HANDS DOWN THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!! The visit only reconfirmed what was known already and this young man had the absolute AUDACITY to tell me nothing is wrong with my knee(Because I have NOTHING better to do, SO much extra money for co-pays and LOVE the absolute and total disruption to my life) When the results of my MRI come back confirming an issue. I will gladly post the results of " There is nothing wrong with my knee" and his superiors will hear from me. As I am no where near done… here. No one should be treated with such disrespect. APALLING! It appears that some of these young kids have this god complex. I am surprised his head fit through the door with such an inflated ego.Wow. Give me a good old fashioned DOCTOR! Preferably over 45-50 years of age. The arrogance! unreal. What happened to common courtsey? at the very least! So very,very rude. I suppose this young, I repeat YOUNG man has the proper credentials that allocate the letters DR in front of his name and obtaining the education to become a DR is difficult. ( My Uncle was a very well respected plastic surgeon in Fairfield county, The other a physchiatrist) I will credit him that much and that only. I work in the medical field and have patients of my own. I have mentored under many genuine, highly educated persons, Who first and foremost have a genuine passion and concern for their patients. His all around behavior is UNACCEPTABLE!. I was apalled!! I believe this young man needs life experience and a dose of reality. Which one can only hope for, for his sake. As for myself I have found a DOCTOR with a 5 star rating not 3. I have learned to do my homework and research where I go because I need a solution here. This young man rates very low on bedside manner (shocker) among other things. Lesson learned here. I for one will never step foot in that office again and furthermore will tell any and everyone about my horrible experience there. If you have a young kid with a sports injury maybe thats the place to go. I can not comment on that. I can only end this by stating PLEASE research who you are going to see! Our lives are important. No one has time to WASTE!
