Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
Dr. Laubmeier is a preferred provider for most insurance and discount plans. Our highly skilled, professional staff will be happy to answer any insurance related questions you may have and assist you with the insurance …claim process, including filing your insurance claims for you.
Payment Options
We do ask that you are prepared to pay for the services provided at the time of your visit. If you will be receiving assistance from an insurance company, we can provide you with an estimate of the benefits that the insurance company is expected to pay based on the information provided to us by you and the insurance company. Any deductible, co-payment and non-covered fees must be paid at the time services are rendered.
For your convenience, we offer several payment options. We accept cash (in person only, please do not mail cash), checks and Visa and MasterCard. We also offer affordable payment plans through CareCredit and the Citi Health Card to provide you with flexibility so that quality health care doesn't have to be put off.
CareCredit
Our office is proud to offer payment plans through CareCredit. No Interest programs for 3, 6 and even 12 months are available as well as extended payment options so you can get what you need, when you need it. You can even use CareCredit for your family members and favorite pet.

We also offer payment plans through the Citi Health Card. Choose from No Interest plans with 3, 6, 9 and 12 month terms as well as an extended payment Budget Plan option that offers low interest rates and low monthly payments. Equipment and Technology
Operatory Computers and HD Monitors
Our practice is fully computerized. Each of our dental operatories is equipped with computers allowing us to access patient charts and information electronically. We also use the computers and HD monitors to display digital x-rays and intra-oral camera pictures in real time, with no delay for traditional processing. The digital versions are much clearer and easier to view in comparison to traditional x-rays and photos. This allows us greater diagnostic ability which means better clinical results for our patients.
