Dr. Jeffrey Joel Lenz, MD

just now Dr. Lenz was my PCP for over 30 years and eventually had my entire family as patients. We absolutely loved him!! So knowledgeable, took time as long as you needed him, very caring. However, we started having trouble with the front office staff not calling in prescriptions for days, referrals to specialists weren't done on a timely basis, even though my husband was having heart problems. Their lack of action put my family's health at risk so we had no choice but to switch to a different Dr. We miss him terribly!!

If we could rate lower than 1 star we would. His staff is the worst I've ever encountered. Lenz himself is an ... adequate Dr. - just OK, nothing special. Worst was the staff always made us feel we were "bothering them" if we asked questions or tried to make an appointment. Really conceited people. We'd regularly wait 30 min even though nobody else was there & nobody would exit while we waited (not around lunch either). They won't get our money anymore & I HIGHLY encourage everyone to avoid Dr. Lenz's office.
