Doctor Mallin may be not a bad doctor but his office is the most chaotic and disorganized I've ever seen. Impossible to get hold of his assistant or get him to reply to your messages. Want to obtain your medical records? Impossible. Been trying for more than a month. Filled the form, asked in person, left countless messages. Begged. All in vain.

ALWAYS CROWDED. RECEPTIONIST IS ALWAYS ANNOYED AND NOT AT ALL HELPFUL. STAFF NEVER CALLS BACK AND TRYING TO GET INFORMATION OR PRESCRIPTIONS IN A TIMELY MANNER IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE. BUT, DR. MALLIN IS PATIENT AND KIND - HE LISTENS. NOT SURE HOW HELPFUL, YET.

I have been taking my Mom there for about a year and still don't know exactly what's wrong with her except for memory problems. The meds seem to make it worse at times. Spends too much time talking about everything else other than what we came there for.

This man is an alarmist. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend him to anyone. I went to another neurologist who was able to diagnose my problem. Very disappointing visit.

I have been going to Dr. Mallin for 11 years. He is caring and compassionate. He has taken care of my husband for a stroke and me for MS. He listens and gives as much time as necessary to understand and review your concerns...which explains the long wait time. When we moved from NY to PA we continued to visit him once a year.

great doctor but his staff is not professional they r only interrested in getting the test you need in their office. You will wait for any other test authorization number few a week when in some insurance companies it only thats 7-9mins to get. A good doctor needs to have a excellent staff. Oh try getting a return call when u leave a message. Dont hold your breathe

Great doctor, you'll have to wait for an appointment, but he's worth it. Very kind, thorough, caring, and knowledgable. He's a busy man because he's so reknowned, be patient.
