The worst experience, the staff are very unprofessional, rude, and not helpful. I did my annual 2 weeks ago with the doctor, I went back to fill 1 paper for school, they asked me to pay $25 just to sign and stamped it. Also, his medical assistants are not well trained, don't know nothing about hygiene and infection control. She had to collect my blood, she cleaned the site with alcohol swab, then touched it with her bare hand to feel the vein again, I had to correct her. She didn't like it gave me attitude. My CBC never gets resulted while I was waiting f to check my hemoglobin. The office never contacted me to let me know. Please stay away.

Dr. Marc has been my primary care physician for a while now and he is thorough and his followup is excellent. I trust him to do his best for me as his patient

First of all, the wait time was over 30min. The stuff was very unhelpful and unfriendly. The stuff had not filled out all the information needed for my health aide application and made mistakes. I had to go back to the office to get it done right. They are quick to get money but will provide very poor service.I have been to this office before a while ago and nothing has changes since then.
