Dr. Jeffrey Marlow, MD

My regular Physician (Dr. Kiepura) in the practice had to leave early because she was not feeling well. I said I would still come in as I needed to be seen as I was diagnosed with Shingles a few days ago by employee health at work, but needed to make sure whoever I saw they would be able to write for pain medication. I’ve never had Shingles before, but it has been quite painful - especially being located on my face and head region. I saw a NP, who seemed to be sympathetic to my situation, but her hands were clearly tied by the Dr. Marlow who was adamant on not given any Narcotic pain medication. I was in tears, as I set on the examination table stating “you can see my medication profile and know I’m not a drug seeker or frequent Dr’s”. This had no bearing on Dr. Marlow and he did not even care enough to come into the examination room to even talk with me. As an educated individual, a RN to be exact I can say Dr. Marlow would be the last Dr. I would recommend. He lacks compassion for… the human race.

Went to see Dr Jeff Marlow at the Laureate Medical Group. I waited more than an hour and on the way out after not seeing him I ran into him. He made it sound like it was my fault. He was very rude would never go see him again. His office was not very supportive of him and letting patience know that we was behind schedule.

Doctor is not patient and front office lady is rude. Terrible impression!!! We’re in the south lady! Be kind!

I’ve been a patient of Marlow’s for the last several years. Another review stated that he is a good “technician” and I guess I would agree with that given his credentials. That being said, I’m a 35-year-old female with a college degree and half the time I was struggling to follow him as he spewed out medical jargon for what seemed to be the sole purpose of showing his technical knowledge, not my benefit. I’ve honestly found him dismissive multiple times over the years and I should have acted sooner. Well he may be a good fit for males or those with clear cut medical diagnosis, I would not recommend him as a “healthcare partner.”

Good technician but is not warm and does not have empathy. Patient has to insist on certain exams and he was not helpful to prescribe physical therapy needed, instead suggested finding a trainer to work with .

I recently became a patient about 3 yrs ago. He really takes the time to sit down and talk and listen to what is going on. He and I have prayed together, which to me speaks volumes!

Poor bedside manner. does not listen or seem to care. Look for someone else if you are a female over 50.

He does not listen, comes up with his own Assumptions without you finishing your sentence. He needs to listen to symptoms then Diagnos.
