I had a telephone visit with this doctor. I wanted to supply the missing vaccines. The doctor started asking questions about immigration status, he interrupted the translator, and behaved as rudely as possible. I cannot recommend this doctor, save your nerves.

Rude, Has skill but weak on human connection.

The first time that I saw Dr. Moy I was pleased because I was given a referral to a neurologist immediately without having to go through all of the "new" patient procedures. Now I realize that it was just because he couldn't be bothered. When I had an accident about a month ago and really hurt myself it was hard to get an appointment. When I finally did get an appointment I called the office to let them know that I had x-rays done and the results would be there. Dr. Moy claimed not to know anything about this and that an exam of my back would have to be done. A new appointment would have to be scheduled because he didn't have time. A new appointment in 6 weeks. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

I first saw Dr. Moy about 4 months ago, for the new patient interview, when I changed insurance carriers. My only concern was that I needed a referral to my neurologist, who I have been seeing for over 5 years. Dr. Moy understood the importance of this and the referral was sent immediately. After having blood work done Dr. Moy called me himself to discuss the results. This is how we want our physicians behave. I quite happy.

sorry, no attentive doctor, came after a hospitalization with pain, he's my diagnosis looked up the symptoms on the computer was scheduled colonoscopy that the family doctor made the request, he didn't even do, I was prescribed 2 medications said in two to three days will be available at the pharmacy, I say that to die from the pain, and the blood that flowed? well, I did to get it quickly, but I didn't send a request to the insurance company for a colonoscopy.

I'm 58 years old and have been to many Doctors.I have never been spoke to as he spoke to me. He kept telling me he only has so much time.To answer yes or no.He was 15 minutes late to my appointment but said he spent all that time with me.Not only that but his typing and not listening to you. Writing what he wants to write.The questions had nothing to do with my horrific pain that I'm in. I have been diagnosed with three degenerated disc in my neck and recommended to have surgery by an orthopedic surgeon .I have to go to him in order to see the clinics orthopitic surgeon to hopefully get my neck fixed. I have chronic insomnia.I'm not going to him for pills which he must think everyone comes to him for. Since he is a Pain Management doctor. They can have them all the pills.It just masks your diagnose.Im going so I can have my discs fixed.He gave me a prescription for a topical lidocaine cream.Thats funny.Try applying that to your neck with hair. I'll use ice thank you.He needs another… profession.

Horrible and does not listen to you. Have an agenda with his career and not his patients.

I always had a great visit with the DR. I am sorry he doesn't work at the clinic anymore.....He was always very polite & always checked on me if I missed more than 2 apts. God Bless You Dr,

My husband and I have been attending this clinic (Sacramento Family Medical Center on Watt Ave.) and seeing Dr. Moy since we were signed to Medi-cal earlier this year. Dr. Moy is the worst doctor I have EVER been to in my 57 years. He constantly types on his laptop repeating what he is typing. He requests brief "yes" or "no" answers to his questions. I once started to ask him about a growth on my foot and before I could finish my sentence he put his hand up to me to stop me talking.....said he had no time to listen to me yet he was quite happy to tell us about his golfing prowess in the middle of our appointment. There is minimal eye contact and he has barely put a hand on either of us during 6 or 7 visits. Absolutely NO bedside manner, no empathy or compassion, just statistics, facts and talking AT us, not to us. The staff at the clinic are the most incompetent, rude, condescending and uncaring health care workers I have ever experienced. Every time we have an appointment… there is an issue with appointment times or scripts or some other problem (their mistakes), yet they always manage to try and blame us for the error. No one ever takes responsibility for their mistakes and no one EVER apologizes. I have blood pressure problems and my blood pressure gets worse every time I have to go here, wondering what is going to go wrong this time......I always feel emotionally abused and beaten up when I come out of that place.... We are looking to go elsewhere as soon as possible. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. Even poor people deserve decent health care and caring professionals and this is NOT the place to get help.

THE DOCTOR DIDNT EVEN TAKE THE TIME TO REALLY LISTEN TO THE PROBLEM SO HE COULD UNDERSTAND WHAT WHAT WAS GOING ON. HE JUST RUSHED ON TO OFF THE WALLL QUESTIONS LIKE HE'D ALREADY MADE UP IS MIND AND WASN'T INTERESTED IN ANY MORE INSTEAD OF ACTUALLY DISCUSSING THE SUBJECT LIKE i HAD A RIGHT TO BE INVOLVED.
