He was very kind and listened to everything I had to say, he has been my go to doctor on both knees and now getting ready for a right replacement to go with my left. Can’t wait to be able to walk again without pain thank to him.

This was my first (and last) visit to this office. Although it was easy to make an appointment, and they were able to see me within a few days of calling, once I got there I was nothing but disappointed. Front desk was cold, and unfriendly. After the nurse took my history I could tell this was going to be a waste of my time. She was rude, uncaring, and did not listen to me. The nurse left me sitting on the table waiting for over 45 minutes. I was the first appointment of the day, but I could hear the doctor talking to other patients that had come in after me. When I finally saw the doctor, he was quick to diagnose me without listening to what I was saying. When I asked questions, he dismissed them without fully explaining why. I believe I was misdiagnosed, because he didn't not take the time to fully understand my chief complaint. He spent a total of 5 minutes with me, and quickly hurried me out to check out.The women working at the check out counter topped the cake. She was very… rude, cold, and wouldn't even make eye contact with me. I don't understand what would cause their entire staff to be that miserable. But I believe in customer service, and because of their POOR service, I will be finding another doctor.

I blindly became a patient of Dr. Nechleba without any recommendation. I was hurt in an accident in the geographical area of Erie, PA and I currently live 5 hours away from there. He operated on me @ Hamot hospital, and I found him extremely professional and congenial at the same time. My operation was a success, and my follow-up care has been superb. I would highly recommend Dr. Nechleba to any friend or family member who needed his services.

In an auto accident my arm went out the window and was dragged 43 feet. It was completely shattered and torn. Dr Nechleba operated on me and followed me for 1 1/2 years. Gone from a thought of perhaps having little use of my arm, I now have appx. 95% use of it. This doctor is great.
