Dr. Jeffrey Perry, DO

I came here for a car accident injury and regret every minute of it. This place is a factory, they give very poor care on the PT side and when the office staff gets a total revamp and they clean the office up a bit it might get 2 stars but people need to find another Dr. and office. The staff & especially the office manager are unethical, nasty & incompetent.

Did a record review on me without physical. Obviously Amtrust Insurance company has him in their pocket. Several times in his review he contridics himself. His whole report was based on saving the insurance company money and using generic medicine instead of brand name. He uses workers compensation guidelines and the smears the line. May you trip down a flight of steps and then have a Dr take you off your meds. Although being you're a slob, you would write the script under your wife's name. You are a punk.

He's being paid by the New York State Insurance Fund to screw the people on compensation this man needs to have a bat taken to him so he can feel the pain that he is causing the others

I had to wait a month to see him. He hardly looked at me.

This doctor should be avoided at all costs

I was in severe pain and I went to his office a week before my appointment. He was gracious in being able to see me immediately. He ordered an Xray and an MRI. The Xray was done immediately and he called me to tell me the results as soon as he received the diagnosis. He then made an appointment for Physical therapy to start after I got the MRI. The president of the USA could not have been treated better. I applaud you for having Dr. Perry in your system. He is an important ambassador for your superb services.

Most of the staff is friendly except for Samantha at the front desk. She is always snotty and rude. Long wait times even with an appt. dr. Spends very little time with you and does not answer questions. I was given stretches to do for an injury and all they to is stim tell me to do my stretching and collect $$ from my insurance. The place is a joke.
