Dr. Jeffrey Curtiss Pollock, MD

The office staff is beyond horrid - it was impossible to get reports after the appointment even though he referred me to someone else.

This doctor and I use the word loosely is terrible. He is a mouthpiece for insurance companies. He says what he is paid to say.

Would not return to this doctor. Seemed unconcerned about my condition, although my other doctors had recommended me to see a neurologist. Was abrupt, aloof and not interested in fully answering relevant questions.

I was very happy with my choice of Dr. Pollock for a consult for my herniated discs and a pinched nerve. There was a 2-min wait before I was called in, Dr. Pollock listed to my history and asked questions about my symptoms for about 10 minutes, ran several tests (walking on heels, toes, etc), explained my MRI to me, and then came up with a plan to address my issues.

Dr. Pollock was almost impossible to get an appointment with .He had little to no bedside manner and was at times outwardly disrespectfull. He showed no interest in medical history nor any interest in the opions of my primary MD's who are treating multpile ruptured discs. I found his lack of respect insulting and his examination inadequate.
