Dr. Jeff Robertson, MD

Dr. Robertson is one of a kind. He is one that you will remember and go back to. He was very patient, and kind. Simply the best.

Dr. Robertson’s bedside manner is top-notch. He takes his time with his patients and even takes note on a personal level. He remembered months after our last visit about what our temporary situation was and asked us about it. I’m sure he sees a lot of people, and I’m sure he makes it just as personal with each one.

"Bedside/Office manner" is less important to me in a doctor than other factors, although Dr. Robertson has that covered. He listens well and responds without a whole lot of medical jargon so he is easy to understand. He takes his time and is patient. What I appreciated most is that it was obvious from the outset he had read my complete medical file, including past blood tests. We didn't have to work from "ground zero." He began informed about me, then filled in with me speaking about my condition in my own words. His decision was therefore well-informed. It's easy to to trust such a physician.

Dr Robertson was very thorough. He took the time to review all my symptoms and answer any question I asked clearly and in plain language, making sure that I understood. I highly recommend him for your gastrology needs.

My visit was positive from beginning to end. Dr. Robertson took the time to make sure that I was informed about my health and pending procedures. His bedside manner was amazing. Two thumbs up!

I highly recommend Dr. Robertson. He attentively listens to you and why you are there for your appointment, makes a reasonable care plan, explains every step of that care plan, then ensures that you understand what is going to take place. Some providers talk above you or that everyone has medical knowledge and that can be very difficult for some patients to comprehend what all is going on with them. He speaks to you in terms that you will understand. He does not talk big names without breaking them down in layman’s terms. The referral process was quick and easy. My appointment was made within 2 weeks of my call. I had to reschedule due to Covid issues and they were very understanding. My appointment was rescheduled quickly. The time from appointment start to finish including labs was about an hour and I feel that is pretty good for a specialist.
