Terrible bedside manner. Saw him for a shoulder injury.He was not helpful. Still in pain.

I found Dr. rosen to be arrogant, not caring, and unknowledgable in the feild of practicing medicine. After getting a second opinion i realized how incompetent he is as a surgoen and doctor. i would go to him for any of your injuries or healthcare needs.

I did not find Dr rosen helpful. I did not like his options he gave me for my injury. Did not find him to be honest. I had to find and went to another more professional, honest orthopaedic.

Dr Rosen and his staff are amazing! I have known him for years with all my sports Injuries! We take the time and drive from Suffolk County to Queens because he is the most trustworthy surgeon I have ever encountered. Fixed both of my shoulders and they are 110 percent better! I’m always amazed at the things that I can now do because of what he has done to help me! It’s worth the trip and time!

I went to see dr rosen for some knee pain I had from an injury. he sent me for a mri but he did not follow up with me when the results were available to him. I tried calling him but he did not return my calls and his office manager was cold and not polite in trying to reach the dr for me. I ended up having to have my results faxed to another orthopedic. very shocking encounter. I would not recommend dr rosen.

5 star experience. Dr. Rosen and his PA Ron are outstanding.

went to dr rosen for a consultation for some back pain i was having. he did an exam on me that was very forceful and extended my head past my range of motion and ended up injurying me with a herniated disc due to his manipulation. when i tried to reach him to tell him he injured me he did not return any of my phone calls. very sly and tricky doctor who will make your problem worse. stay far away from him.

I’m 43 years old and I’m a top athlete and a very active person . About 2 months ago I tore my ACL my MCL and have a complex meniscus tear with a buckle flap. Not sure if I’m saying it correct.. long story short; I’ve seen 5 of the supposedly top ACL/ Orthopedic docs in the tri state area.. I even spent $450 to see one of these super docs in Manhattan ..If I was like most people, the first doc I went to would have been my choice to do my surgery, or if I went to the first doc my insurance sent me to.. But I wanted to make sure I'm making the right decision and kept looking .. All 5 docs didn't care about me, treated me like another number on their file, they just read the MRI and made a quick diagnosis… Just like that without even touching me or assessing my lifestyle as an athlete, quick to use the knife and all about the money ..When I went to NYPH I was pleasantly surprised how attentive and considerate everyone who works there is. From the moment I walked into the orthopedic… department on the 4th floor, I felt calm and confident. The place is very clean, the staff is awesome, they are super patient and treat you like family. The staff was so nice and friendly and took really good care of me. I mean each and every one of them. I was shocked because you don’t get that in NY, I should know since I've been born and raised here. Even though I was late, they didn't make a big deal out of it while normally other places make you pay or go home. I waited less than 20 min to see the Doctor and let me tell you: WOW, what an unbelievable, kind and caring person. Super smart, really experienced, knowledgeable and compassionate Doctor. I was really impressed by how he took the time and explained everything to me, treated me like his family, gave me the confidence and was very straightforward with what the best course of treatment will work for me. I felt like I was special but Dr Jeffrey E Rosen treats everyone with genuine care . I was shocked and felt like he really wanted to help. I wish Dr Rosen was a specialist in every medical field. Before I went to Dr Rosen I was so lost with the diagnosis I received, the other docs didn't help me to understand and just confused me with what to do.. Dr Rosen spent like 30 min with me then walked me around to make sure i was taken care of . He really helped me make a good decision with what method to go with and will work for me best. He really knows his stuff, I’m so glad I just kept looking ..This man is really the top doc of New York and believe me I've done tons of research, spent weeks looking for the right person. I would recommend him in a heartbeat and will tell everyone I know about him. There is not enough words to describe this Doctor.I'm glad to be a patient of Dr Rosen . If you look up doctors ..thier should be a picture of him..every bad experiences any of you had..makes dr jeffery e rosen look bad..he is really the unsung hero behind excellent care for brooklyn queens etc..while others take the credut and pretent DR JEFFERY E ROSEN IS THE ONE GETTING DIRTY BEHIDE THE SCENES THAT KNOW ONE TALKS ABOUT.. SO WE CAN GET GREAT CARE BY A GREAT DOCTOR
