Wonderful staff , friendly, timely, patient. Was very great with my 2yr old

Very organized office and we were seen in a timely manner. We did not feel rushed and doctor offered many opportunities to express concerns and answer questions. Great bedside manner!

After waiting 45 minutes to even see the doctor two of his students that worked with him came in first. Having to explain your symptoms 2 to 3 times. We walked out of there just as confused as when we walked in. An x-ray showed nothing but yet all of the symptoms Have been present for a couple weeks. His end result was to take 2 Alieve a day. I asked if therapy could help, so he did give us a script for therapy, the arrogance and dismissive response to her very real issues were real. We will be seeking a second opinion.!

This visit was for my son. Our visit was not a long visit. We were in and out in an hour. That's a plus in my book! He was straight to the point. He and his staff were very detailed and informative. I had no questions to ask because they covered everything. My only complaint is not a reflection on Dr. Settecerri or the staff. The parking situation is horrible.

We waited for over an hour to be taken to a room for an early morning appointment. Received x-rays and continued to wait for Dr. Settecerri’s arrival. All in all, two hours were spent in the office for a total of 5 minutes with the doctor. I would hate to set up an afternoon appointment for this doctor. Luckily there is no need for a follow up appointment. If additional care was needed, I would’ve requested to see a different doctor and driven a longer distance to see someone with better bedside manner. The front office staff and nurses/assistants for other doctors in the Royal Oak office were phenomenal: welcoming and efficient. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for Dr. Settecerri and his staff. As someone who used to work in a medical office, I was disappointed in the lack of personality, care and respect for patients and their time that we experienced today.

Dr. Settecerri was great working with my son. We thought he was very thorough and friendly. Highly recommend him and Mi Orthopedic!

Dr Settecerri and all his staff were profesional and compassionate. There was no waiting time and everyone spoiled my child.

We did all our check in paperwork ahead of time, so when we arrive 15min prior to our appt, we were taken back 10 min early. My daughter was seen first by another dr - who I assumed to be a resident or fellow, very nice and polite. Dr Settecerri was prompt, answered our questions, and made conversation directly with my daughter to make her more comfortable. All the locations and possible drs was a little unnerving for scheduling, but the royal oak location was very easy in/out.

My daughter has spondylolisthesis and we went to Dr.Sitecerri for a second opinion 2 years ago and we are so glad we found him. He is very thorough and always takes the time to explain everything,. He has been keeping an eye on my daughter's condition for the past 2 years and we feel so blessed to have him ..
