The first thing you notice about Dr. Shapiro is his unwavering sense of calm, he listens intently and understands the urgency of the questions regardless of how big or little they are and takes the time to answer them all. As he moves fw with any Procedure it’s map out and explained followed through with his staff and himself to ensure the best outcome. I can’t say enough about the man my knee replacement surgery was not an easy one and the outstanding care I received was second to none, from pre-surgery to post op care- office visits to late nite phone calls to ensure all was good. I’ve recommended several people to him and it’s the same outcome each time his professionalism is one of the best. I’m truly grateful I was introduced to him in the same manner. I found Dr. Shapiro to be a warm and friendly provider with excellent knowledge and treatment strategies. He is efficient and answers all my questions and concerns. The staff is friendly and the office is clean and technologically advanced. I highly recommend Dr. Shapiro.

He definitely is the Doctor with the Golden Hands and a Heart to match. I have had 2 Total Knee Replacements within the last 6 mo. and couldn't be more pleased!
