Dr. Jeffrey Edward Siegal, MD

Dr. Siegel is fine. But I needed glasses and used the optometrist in his office, Richard. I tried on about a dozen glasses, and he put all of them back onto the display without sanitizing them. I asked about that and he said he didn't think it was necessary. I thought that was strange, because when I signed into the Doctor's office they made sure I used a sanitized pen, and here the optometrist was not concerned about sanitizing the glasses that had touched my face. Same thing when I went to pick up my glasses. He had another client before me and was handling her glasses, and fitting them onto her face, but he did not use hand sanitizer when it was my turn to have my glasses fit. During this Covid pandemic I was extremely upset about the way he disregarded health safety protocols. I called the doctor's office to complain, and it seemed as if they have had claims about him before. If you care about your health during COVID, DO NOT USE this optometrist.

Dr. Siegal is an excellent doctor. His office is clean, seating is spaced in the waiting area and they instruct you to cleanse your hands upon checking in. The exam rooms are cleaned prior to every patient by the technicians. Dr. Siegal is professional and explained my condition thoroughly and answered my questions. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

My near range vision is absolutely worse than before the cataract surgery. Now I need glasses to see a menu, price tag or my cell phone which I'm on two hours a day. What a pain! He never discussed the kind of lens he was putting in. I asked for monovision but he said no and gave me mid. We could have tested it out first with a contact lens if he thought it might be a problem.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Doctor was excellent and does not rush through my appointment. I buy my eyeglasses there also as the choice is huge and price always most reasonable

Very friendly and caring office staff. Taken promptly at my appointment time. The Dr was knowledgable and quick to diagnose and explain my problem. I would recommend Dr Siegal.

Dr. Siegal is a caring doctor who is very patient. He gives a very thorough eye exam. He has operated on me twice and both were excellent and successful experiences. The staff is always on top of their game. I highly recommend this office.

He didn't spend enough time with me. Eye exam was super quick, he looked in my eyes for 10 seconds,I have dry eyes which he failed to address. Geriatric practice. He didn't listen to my concerns.I'm 45.70+yr olds in waiting room.
