Dr. Jeffrey Craig Siegel

Incompetent…. !!!!! Siegel, I am sorry but I am really ashamed to call you Dr. Siegel. My honest opinion is that Siegel must get a therapy for his own Psychological problems, before giving his expert opinion on subject matters which he is not qualified to. These kind of psychologists not only defame their own profession but also cause more harm than good to the society…… I believe this persons license should have been revoked long time ago…….. I am really disappointed that a profession which balances the health of the society……by therapy….is working counter intuitive by people like Siegel.

Dr. Siegel was so professional acting and has a long list of credentials, so I expected to like him a lot. I thought I could trust him. Not so. He strictly sided with the attorney who hired him, ignoring all evidence. Realy really shocked about this guy.

This "doctor" is unable to sustain a therapeutic practice and relies on longstanding relationships with family law attorneys for income. A lawyer referring Jeff as Court Appointed social study evaluator wins, period! Each side pays Jeff thousands of dollars for an evaluation charade lasting several weeks, when in fact the outcome has been predetermined. The case is never about the best interest of the children. Jeff is a sociopath, more than willing to fabricate a false and misleading report to the Court and lie on the witness stand. Jeff recommended primary custody of my children to my ex-wife - an abusive, endangering drug addict/alcoholic (and he knew it). Years later, I am here to report that my children have suffered profound mental and emotional harm as a result.

Dr. Siegel was nice enough but spent 90% of the time we were supposed to be discussing my children talking about himself. Then he couldn't remember 1/2 of the information that was provided to him from week to week and made random decisions about the progression of our case. His communication style is very condescending and his decisions are based on his feeling in the moment. As well, he didn't get to the heart of the matter of the issues and didn't seem to take it too seriously.

An old man talks more about himself than your case. he took 2 hours of appointment time to discuss about his friends, his children and his wife. Sorry, I thought this was about my child best interest! During the study don't believe what he says, you will be completely deceived. Please check that he no attorney bias, his business is linked to certain attorney firms and one has to know if your OS has that link. You can provide the evidences, he will not even bother checking it, has no methodology.

True example of attorney bias. He is too old and just brags about his own self, will waste time mentioning about his experience then talk about your case. Be careful about what he charges and his explanation, if you object you may lose it. He does not know how to manage the situation with your child. He is a dangerous person.
