I would leave a 0 if I could they don’t even deserve 1 star. I have been left feeling humiliated and angry. He was very dismissive and combative and I was extremely uncomfortable with him speaking to me and I felt very embarrassed and uncomfortable speaking about my medical information. DO NOT SEE DR SMITH! Horrible experience completely horrible.

Went to his his office & had a short wait. Was questioned by the nurse practitioner & given an xray. She saw that I have had extensive neck replacement done was going to schedual a C T scan & a mylogram for current condition & possible solutions for the neck pain. I called the office back after 3 weeks since I had no response about the appointments & got redirected 3 times & finally found an area to leave a voice mail.Waited another week & finally got in touch with his schedualer & she said it seems they got one of my phone numbers off. She said she would quickly schedual these appointments & should hear back by the next day. I will update accordingly as to how this works out.

I would have liked to actually seen him. He never came into the room. I saw his clinician. She was very nice. Sha said he looked at my MRI disk & X-ray done today. Said it was a pinched L4-L5. I was so overjoyed that I didn’t get to ask any questions before I was ushered out.

Dr, Smith did surgery after another surgeon left me still in pain. I have been painfree for over 12 years

He is great, I am 27 years old and had to undergo a full lumbar spinal fusion. Everyone is complaining about his bedside manner. To me this does not matter. I don't need a doctor to feel sorry for me and comfort me. I need a Doctor that will make my way of life better. This is exactly what he did, ya'll need to stop being so soft. He is an amazing doctor. Stop trying to ruin his career. Makes me sick

This doctor is dangerous. I went in with severe back pain. Have had 2 appointments with him and he spent a total of maybe 10 minutes with me. Not once did he see me walk or examine me. Took his office a week to get an MRI scheduled and then blamed the imaging group for the delay which was theirs. Just now walked in and said he wanted me to schedule an epidural and by the way wants to do hip replacements. Tells me this as hes walking out...what...wait ...holdup..could you give me a little info about whats wrong. Options. etc, I don't believe him! I am going for another opinion. Please don't see this man. Look up his criminal past too. Just saw that. uuuggghhh
