Potential clients be warned. North Raleigh Psychiatry is has policies in place to insure that they get paid above all else. I have been a patient for 2 years and if there is anything I have learned from working with them,...no matter how beneficial their treatment is,... It comes with a fantastic price which they will fight to make sure the receive. It appears to me that Psychiatric care comes second to these guys after money.

Don't even think about trying this place they are rude for The get go...while a practice is only required to take a certain amount of Medicare patients because of the lower payments - they can take more if they truly care about patients here at this practice it is clear they do not - Kelly stated it will be at least a year or longer and she will not even ask the doctors to make an exception because she has been told no. Well if no exceptions will be made this clearly indicates they do not care about the patient and only the money. They will take self pay and regular insurance patients. But my 35 copay and smaller ins copay is not good enough. This place gets zero stars. They are in it all for money and not for the patient
