Dr Stephens is one of, if not the top visual specialist in the Mpls, MN area. He performed my cataract surgery on both eyes a few years ago. He has been my eye Dr. since that procedure with annual checkups maintaining my visual health.

Dr Stephens has been my ophthalmologist for over 25 years. He has helped me through some early tough times. There is no one else I would trust with the care of my eyes. He is a true professional and will provide a solution for your needs.

I was very pleased with my visit to Twin Cities Eye Consultants. Denise was very efficient and pleasant as she competed eye tests before my consultation. Dr Stephens addressed all issues related to cataracts and eye health as he completed more tests and explained it in terms that were easily understood. I will certainly return next year.
