I'm extremely appalled by Jeffrey S Stephenson, MD! I honestly cannot believe that Norton has a doctor like him working for them. I had been assigned to him after going to immediate care for a shoulder injury back in April. I had read reviews about him before meeting him and decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. First time I met with him at my first appointment, other than his personality seeming a little standoffish, I didn't have a problem with him. He listened to me, examined me, answered my questions and everything. Then said he was pretty sure I had a rotator cuff tear and would probably need arthroscopic surgery. But then said he needed to order an MRI before insurance would cover it. That's fine. Got a call saying MRI was normal and he scheduled me for PT for several weeks. Fine. PT didn't seem to do anything but make it worse. Even at PT they were very surprised the MRI didn't find anything. So went to a second appointment with him a couple weeks ago. He seemed more… careless and standoffish than before. He didn't really look at my shoulder or answer any of my questions. Just acted and kept making faces like I was wasting his time. However, he did a shoulder injection. Saying that's all he could do to help. It worked amazingly well while it lasted several days. Afterwards, my arm and shoulder were left so weak and heavy feeling that I could barely lift my arm up at all. So I made a 3rd appointment with him several days ago. This time he walked in and acted like he couldn't care less and I was wasting his time right off the bat. Didn't look at my shoulder and wouldn't even let me speak or listen to me. He kept interrupting me constantly with sighs and rolling his eyes. Didn't even look at my shoulder or address my concerns. Instead he shrugged and asked me "what do you want me to do?!" Then he said the only thing to do that he could think of was order another test. Which is fine. However, I got the feeling he couldn't have cared less about trying to help me, and that all he really is interested in is my money. This was all after I had waited an hour and a half to see him. This will be the last time I have anything to do with him. As I will not tolerate his rude and disgusting behavior. I have since then gone under the care of another doctor that's not affiliated with Norton. This one actually has amazing reviews and ratings. It's about time I actually find out what's going on and get it fixed. You have been warned about Dr. Stephenson.

Do not take an injection from him. He pushed for an injection and leaves you with a major medical bill on the back end
