Best doctor

My dad has been seeing Dr. Vasta for many years. He has gotten dad through many rough times. Dad is 97 years old. Dr. Vasta listens patiently and his diagoses have always been right on point. What a fabulous, kind, doctor.

Worse doctor ever.

This office is amazing. Really like the fact that I can book online. Ever since the pandemic I can also do telehealth video call with Dr. Vasta. He is always there for me and answers all my questions. My refills are always on time. His staff is super caring and thoughtful. I feel like he is the most up to date, intelligent doctor I have ever seen. Sometimes there is a wait, but I can wait in my car which is nice, or the lobby which is beautiful. I like the contactless check in. I have also had a facial by the LMA Taylor, she is so smart and probably the most relaxing, best facial of my life!! My skin looks amazing too.

Since new staff it’s a mess, especially since late of last year 2019. You never can get an appointment. Billing is not right. Nothing has change in the new year either unfortunately. There is a big lack of communication.

Dr. Vasta is a refreshing change to all the others. Even though the visits are a little longer than most other doctors, I never feel rushed and Dr. Vasta spends as much time as needed with each patient. He is empathetic and caring, really listening.

Dr. Vasta is a great doctor. I never feel rushed. He answers all my questions without having his hand on the door. Office wait was about an hour, but staff got all vitals done prior, so visit was more efficient. Thanks for being a great provider.
