I am extremely disappointed in this office. I’ve have a growth on my nose that has recently turned painful. It’s preventing me from getting any sleep. I saw the doctor a few weeks ago & was told it was “benign” & nothing could be done unless I opted for a cosmetic procedure with an expensive doctor. No biopsy was even taken. Over the course of the last few weeks this growth has become painful so I called to ask for help on Monday. I did not hear back until they called me to confirm my Friday appointment for a full body exam on Thursday & when I listened to the message they complained I was not confirming my appointment for Friday as well as leaving a long winded message stating that this was a “cosmetic only” procedure & I had to go to an expensive doctor who does not take insurance & that is my only option. I called back & asked how something that was extremely painful was a cosmetic only procedure only to be met with their office manager continuously screaming over me instead of… answering the question. I also asked why I was coming back for a second appointment if they weren't going to help which was another question they just simply would not answer. I will not be going back here & I intend to file a grievance with it insurance company as well as calling again to make a formal complaint about the office manager.

Dr. Witworth was highly recommended by my internist. I had a complete check up for skin cancer and Dr. Witworth was thorough. A bod mark that worried my doctor was nothing to worry about. I waited only 15 minutes, including filling out my first time visit form. His bedside manner was polite and professional.

Staff was rude waited an hour an 1/2 and still was not seen never experienced such a poor run office

Waited 1.5 hours and still not seen. He is a poor excuse of a doctor.

For the last four years I've been going to this office to see Dr. Whitworth for my visits which have always been very professional with Dr Whitworth and pleasant, had 3 small suspicious moles removed over time from my face over the years and no signs of me having them , the office staff always very friendly.

He is a great Dr. I've gone to others but returned back to him. His staff is another question. They make you feel like are shouldn't be bothering them with your questions. Some are rude and I don't really want to name names. The Dr should really work on the staffs bed side manors.

Dr. Ain't worth is not a professional Dermatologist...He is all about over booking patients/taking your money... I will "NEVER" return to his place of business

You make an appointment then you wait . Then they take you to the exam room and you are in there so long that you get even more upset. Then i go home & later discovere that liz calls me & from what i understood is that the dr. gave me wrong medication? So i call back & this rude little girl tells me that she left & the night crew doesn't know anything? So i said have a dr. Look into my chart or call liz to see what's wrong with my medication? So she said she'll call me back. Of course she didn't so i call back only to be put on hold with out even acknowledging me? They have caller id!!! So now I'm frustrated& call back& she said yes mr. Mustafa we are trying to figure out what s going on. It turned out to be a mistake??? You have to hire people that care & value you're patients & who are not so disrespectful& rude.

Waited 2 hours to be seen. He came in took a quick look and said you have to come back for a skin biopsy. Simple procedure! When i asked why cant u just do it right now? His answer i am not prepared to do it today and i have a waiting room full of people!! I will not return or recommend him to anyone!!

I liked Doctor Wenworth. As a doctor he was thorough, professional and courteous. However, he did something a doctor should never do. When a patient complains about a staff member, the doctor should never take the staff's side, especially in front of the patient. He did this during my visit. There is a staff member named Amelia Gonzalez, she is a coordinator in his office. She has a rude tone when asking about my medical history, saying things like "just answer yes or no". Then she suggested I cancel my appt. with Dr. Wenworth. As he walked in, she began to complain to the doctor that the "patient was being uncooperative" and that she couldn't do her job. When I complained that she was being rude and unprofessional, the doctor stated that he's "known her for 15 years and doesn't buy it". I say, good luck to you Dr. Wentworth, you have much to learn about people, especially your staff. As a patient, I don't want a doctor who takes sides.
