After three surgeries and one in-office procedure, countless hours of travel time to and from the practice, 32 practice visits, months of off-time and 4 years of experience with Dr. Chow and his practice, I sincerely and absolutely believe that Dr. Chow does not possess the required skills necessary to perform delicate facial surgeries. Dr. Chow is responsible for what he did. He has caused me pain, anxiety and embarrassment and must be held accountable for his actions. Anyone who is considering Dr. Chow as a surgeon to perform any form of invasive surgery should do their due diligence and be extremely, extremely careful.

Dr. Chow is extrememly knowledgeable and has trained under the premier facial plastic surgeon in Rochester, NY. But his approach is conservative and sensitive as he works with his patients to detemine their comfort levels, and expectiations. Dr. Chow's website is very helpful as multiple options ranging from makeup treatments to surgery are availble to review. I am very pleased with Dr. Chow and his staff.

Dr. Chow and his staff are amazing! There is no other words to describe the caring, concern, patience etc... that this doctors office has shown me over the past months. I had sinus surgery and the bedside manner in the surgery center was beyond what you would be able to imagine... Dr. Chow really listens and never once have I felt like he's annoyed by all the ridiculous questions I had leading up to and after my procedure! Just truley genuine people and an amazing doctor!!!!
