Dr. Jen-Jung Pan

After going to the ER and spending a week in ICU, my brother was sent to hospice and given 24-72 hours to live. Due to his failing liver issues and in the midst of a divorce, he gave me is powers of attorney. I took him out of hospice, got him to Houston to Dr. Pan. Dr. Pan immediately performed paracentesis, got him on medication and on a plan toward a transplant. After 2 more paracentesis and educating myself that there is a difference between sodium and salt and adjusted his diet, he was on the road to recovery. Exactly 6 years later, my brother is not only alive, but thriving - all due to Dr. Pan...and to think he was sent to hospice to die. My brother has even been working for the past 3 years. Dr. Pan is the perfect combination of compassion and expertise.

My daughter has been suffering from an illness for many years, seen many doctors , finally after many tests they found out she has acute, active autoimmune liver hepatitis. we were referred to Dr. Pan. Well he came into the examining room , handed us a business card , then stood behind a podium. No chart, no nothing, He didn't even examine her, didn't ask her any questions, and just kept pushing clinical trials. Everytime my daughter tried to tell him something about how she had been feeling, he wouldn't listen, he was with us for 5 minutes, and charged us $250.oo for what?? I cannot refer anyone to him.
