Dr. Jen Fei Lee, MD

Waiting for 10 days for this appointment. Front desk ask me $250 even though they accept my insurance, then she ask me I need a get referral, my insurance does not required referral. Again such a clueless people works at this office. Do not waste your day with this doctor office.

Have relied on Dr. Lee over a period of years. His experitize with hand problems makes him tops. He is my "go to" for orthopedics for years.

The office is the worst I've ever been to. You would think you were at a clinic in Newark. DR Lee is good but his office and billing department are horrible.

Excellent DR. He did both my SURGERIES MY HAND, AND MY KNEE. God willing he will be doing my other hand. If you need orthopedic surgery I recommend Dr. Lee he'll get the job done.

Dr jen lee is nothing of what I have read. Another doctor did exactly what those others wanted, and my wrist was ready to explode. My MRI tech even asked me how many steroid shots did I get? When I went to Dr. Lee he immediately told me the shots had made my wrist weaker not better, followed up with a MRI offered me to get a second opinion from anyone and he did my surgery, I happened to know the or nurse and she said my wrist was awful and if he hadn't fixed it when he did I would have been in more trouble! He was caring and called the day after surgery. I think his office could be nicer but the PA and the person who schedules the surgery are great. He is a wonderful orthopedic and has a background also from Joint and Disease. Believe me I have usage of my wrist thanks to him. I also had surgery on my thumb joint on another hand which only came out to be 50% movement due to the arthritis but that is because I waited so long. Don't wait when he advised surgery do it.

Wow is this guy fast to cut you open before trying more conservative measures!! I was being seen for tennis elbow which is often resolved with rest, therapy, and if necessary, an injection, but to start out of the gate with surgery??? I guess he fears his bottom line will be affected by Obamacare and is trying to milk the system in case he has to retire!

I know doctors are under increasing pressure to increase revenue through greater volume of patients and increasing number of procedures, but this practice takes it to a whole new level. There is no professional care here - they only see you as revenue potential to cover the costs of the practice, their equipment and make some good money. Like all businesses that forsake customer care for profit, I predict this will fail. I could not even get a simple follow-up to a visit I had with the doctor. Tried calling twice, said they would call me back each time, but no call. Maybe they had better revenue opportunities than me? Maybe someone that they would scan, re-scan and then do a procedure on? This has been a ridiculous experience, and I am a pretty patient person.

aS ANOTHER PERSON HAS ALREADY STATED, i SAW HIM FOR A SIMPLE WRIST INJURY, AFTER HAVING HIM DO SURGERY WHICH i NOW FOUND OUT i NEVER NEEDED IN THE FIRST PLACE, i HAD TO HAVE ANOTHER SURGEON DO 4 MORE OPERATIONS TO "CLEAN UP HIS MESS" AND AFTER SUFFERING FROM NUMEOUS INFECTIONS FROM HIM INSTALLING METAL WRONGLY IN MY WRIST, I AM NOW LEFT WITH 2 MAJORS WRIST BONES GONE, HARDWARE, AND A FOUR CORNER FUSION OF WHAT'S LEFT OF MY WRIST, 50% LOSS OF USE IN THE HAND, THANKS TO HIM. bIG PILL PUSHER TOO.

even a blind squirrel can find a nut under a tree. he totally missed my diagnosis. I had to have repeat surgery to fix the mess he had made of my wrist.

Dr. Lee fixed my knees, my shoulders and an elbow injury- He was always kind, caring and professional, and during a conversation, he picked my hat up after it fell on the floor and handed it to me. I am very happy with my treatment and would reccommend Dr. Lee to everyone!
