Dr. Jenette Thu Swisher, MD

I had been a long term patient of Dr Swisher. She always spent time with me, explained what she was doing and why. I always felt she had my best interest in mind while treating me and I thought her decisions were very appropriate. Her staff is awesome, I got to know them quite well. The have always been friendly and very helpful. I made a decision to go to another MD practice which was closer to my work, within walking distance and, therefore, more convenient. It had a good reputation. It was a foolish decision, made with too much haste. I regret that decision now. Even though the practice I go to now is ok, I am not nearly as satisfied as I had been with Dr Swisher. I would go back to Dr Swisher if it were even remotely possible. Lesson...avoid decisions made in haste... :(

You dont look at your patient and say" Everytime things go wrong you call me !!! WELL YES you were my DR. right? and also ,, worrying about you T-SCORE is not your Job... Its my BODY and, YES it is MY job. cause you are NOT doing yours.... Get out of medicine would be my advice to her... This is years of me spending thousands of my dollars there ... she talks to me like this... She has lost it. SAD ! annnd she treated my daugther with disrespect also.. did not diagnois her... she walked around with pneumonia for a month... she dont CARE .. DO NOT GO TO THIS WOMAN !!!

Dr. Swisher's bedside manner is awful. Dr. Swisher is unprofessional, hasty, a bad listener, apathetic, vain, and scatterbrained. I would never recommend Dr. Swisher to anyone.

I like her alot and have confidence in her. But I sometimes feel rushed when I try to voice concerns regarding health issues other than what I was scheduled for. Definitely heads for door even when you are not finished with questions or concerns. Plus, eems only interested in tackling one health issue at a time, even though more than one occurring.

My mother was a patient for years. She kept explaining her symptoms of pain and Dr. Swisher just kept saying it's due to her diabetes. She would never send her for other test to rule out what was causing the pain. It took a ER visit to determine the pain was caused by cancer. Dr. Swisher still says that wasn't the cause. My mother died 6 months after the diagnosis.

Overall a good physician but office visits are rushed and she is bolting for the door while you are still talking. Prescribes too many medications when there may be other options. She also does cosmetic procedures which I think sometimes distracts from the medical end of her practice.

Very disappointed in this Dr. She was was wiling to send an 80 plus patient for a heart cathetazation when a second opinion proved it was not needed. She was willing to put this patient under circumstances that could have shut down her kidneys due to the dye that was to be injected. Seems to me that she is much more concerned about the US Dollar is much more important than the patient!! Lost all my trust!!

Who ever heard of a doctor who refuses to see a patient because they are disabled??? Well, Dr. Swisher does. I was told that they "don't do pain management or anything." I'm not sure what "anything' is but I don't need pain management.
