NOW SHE HAS CLOSED HER DOORS WASNT GIVEN MY RECORDS REQUESTED TWICE NOW ANOTHER OFFICE HAS THEM AND NOW HAVE TO PAY A FEE TO GET THEM. NOW I SEE WHY SHE CLOSED

I went to see this doctor 5 weeks ago as a new patient. I call every week for my test results and speak to receptionists and nurses who take messages and claim I will get a call back with my results and I never get a call. Hopefully I don’t have cancer or anything else serious because time just ticks by and no one seems to care. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor.

There are truly not enough words to say about Dr. BT and the level of care she rendered to us during the course of the pregnancy. Her passion for what she does, her understanding of her practice, and the level of care she provides is unmatched. Her first and foremost concern is the health and well-being of the child and ensuring a healthy baby is brought into the world and she did just that. This was our first pregnancy and it came with as many complications as one could ever imagine. Dr. BT closely monitored the pregnancy and was not afraid to consult a specialist when she believed it was necessary. It was her detailed approach to the pregnancy that ensured my wife and I delivered a healthy baby. She was concerned about spotting that was occurring and she referred us to a specialist. We learned that my wife had placenta previa. It was early in the pregnancy so Dr. BT placed her on bed rest. This was not ideal but she was afraid of the possibilities of a miscarriage. She lessened the… bed rest restrictions and allowed her to return to work. Once she returned, other complications developed and we learned that she developed vasa previa, which was an even more serious condition. At this point, it was still early on and odds increased for a possible miscarriage. Dr. BT took further steps and placed restrictions on my wife in an effort to get us through the pregnancy. We later learned that she had developed gestational diabetes and Dr. BT placed my wife on a strict diet because that further complicated things in light of the placenta and vasa previa. My wife spent basically 5 months on bed rest because the complications were so severe. We imagined having a fun gender reveal, a beautiful baby shower, lovely maternity photos and more. We were unable to do most of those things because it would prove to be too much on my wife's body and Dr. BT was afraid of the effects it might have on the baby. We were so upset at the time because it seemed like the pregnancy was fraught with bad news. However, we would not change one thing about any of it because Dr. BT knew just what needed to be done to get our son here safely. She safely delivered him and he is now 2 months old and healthier than ever. God has truly blessed the hands of Dr. Broderick-Thomas and my wife and I could not imagine having this experience with any other physician. Dr. BT and her staff have truly become like family!! I would recommend her to anyone, particularly those experiencing a high risk pregnancy. My wife is unsure of having another one, but as long as Dr. BT can deliver our baby, I don't think I will have as much trouble convincing her to have ONE more!! Dr. BT gets FIVE STARS!!!

I've been seeing Dr. Broderick-Thomas for a few years now. She is very caring and knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience with her or office. The office usually gets me in quickly when I have a problem. Her nurse does a lot of multi tasking and is by herself but always calls me back letting me know she has received my message. She is always willing to help me out with what I need or ask the Dr. any of my questions/concerns. I recommend Dr. Broderick-Thomas.

Horrible! She has prescribed me on my fourth birth control, this time this pill not only made my cycle more miserable it caused extreme mood change. I called her multiple times, leaving messages with no word back. Even though the machine says youâ??ll hear back in the same day. I spoke to her assistant and she said she would call me back that same day with word from the dr. that also didnâ??t happen.

I've only been to Dr. Thomas twice, and the first time her office forgot to take my blood for a specific test. I had to come back again the next morning for the blood work. I arrived at 9 and they didn't have the correct supplies; so, I had to walk over to the hospital and have their lab (which was far) take my blood work. The second time I went to visit because I was in pain and she assumed that she knew what was wrong with me and prescribed me some medication, before the results returned. The nurse called me with the results (which were negative), but never asked if I was still in pain, since I was misdiagnosed. I had to diagnose myself and go to my primary care to get the correct diagnosis and medication. I just didn't feel like she cared. If she knew that what she'd initially prescribed was not going to work, why not try and find another solution.......

She was a very very great doctor. She really cared about me. I would totally recommend her.

I would not recommend this physician. She is always late or very rushed. She and her staff do not appear to be particularly organized. I have had to come in and resubmit blood after the office lost either my blood or the results. She was supposed to test for certain things and did not run the appropriate tests so I've had to come back in multiple times for the same tests. The office is horrible about follow-up. They were supposed to call in prescriptions and did not. I've had several mix-ups and issues that I've addressed with the physician and she's very defensive vs

She is a very nice woman however very poor care for her patients does not return phone calls for 3-4 weeks. Has Medical assistants giving out lab results with no understanding!If you are pregnant this is not the place to go unless you plan on having a complete healthy pregnancy the office is not very efficient and the doctor does not return calls!Doctor is always in a rush when you go in to see her seems to be too busy!
