This doctor's office is always running late. They never have enough time to do everything scheduled and think that it's no big deal to tell their patients to keep taking time off work to come back. I think that they might do it on purpose in order to bill more to insurance for the same procedures.

I have been for appointments four times now and have received only top notch care. They have treated one skin cancer, one pre cancer spots. The reception staff is friendly and efficient. I'm always greeted with a smile. The PA that I've seen is knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. I'm a veteran with ptsd and she has always been committed to my comfort.

It's like they don't know what they are talking about. They told me that food has nothing to do with acne which goes against so many studies. What ever is wrong on the inside shows on the outside. I asked "then how come when people stop eating gluten and milk their acne goes away?" And she said "I don't know". I asked if I should take anything with my antibiotic and she said no.. When you shouldn't even take antibiotics in the first place they are so damaging especially if you don't take probiotics with them.. Do your own research and seek a naturopathic doctor, that will serve you so much better than seeing a dermatologist. Also she barely explained the science and reasons behind the creams, pills she prescribed me and acted like she didn't care at all.

My experience was both a complete waste of time and money. I made my appointment with the intention of having two issues addressed - my active acne and to get an expert opinion on the effectiveness of scar revision treatments. i received neither. I was prescribed an acne medication that I can't afford( $258 a month for a 45 day supply), and I talked to a doctor who had absolutely no interest in discussing scar treatments. Obviously, if I had it to over again, I would have went somewhere else.
