I am a Colorado Native. I have been a social worker for over 10 years and I love helping people. I would say my behavioral health approach is solution-focused and goal oriented. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma and family relationships. I am here to help process and talk through the past and whatever obstacles might be in the way of getting you to where you want to be. I am a support and help guide you to obtaining your goals. I am a firm believer in how our thoughts effect our daily outcomes and will encourage positivity and optimism using numerous therapy techniques and approaches.
I specialize in using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT, and interpersonal therapy (IPT). I try to make the approach I use specific to the individual and the problems they are facing.
