Dr. Jenna Wong, DO

I have been seeing Dr. Wong since last year. She is friendly, listens to all my concerns without rushing, answers all my questions and is always on top of getting things done. Ive never felt as comfortable with a Doctor before and I am thankful to have found her!

I recently started seeing Dr. Jenna Wong, and I can honestly say it has been a refreshing experience. She truly takes the time to talk with her patients, ask thoughtful questions, and get to know them on a deeper level in order to provide the best possible care. In the past, I have often felt like many doctor's offices operate with a "revolving door" mentality, focusing on getting patients in and out as quickly as possible. That was not my experience here at all. Nothing felt rushed. Dr. Wong took the time to not only ask questions, but to really listen and gain meaningful insights into my concerns. Its clear she genuinely cares about her patients, which feels increasingly rare these days. I am very grateful to have finally found a physician who prioritizes quality care and human connection.

I can’t recommend this doctor enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely heard and cared for. They take the time to really listen, ask thoughtful questions, and make sure you understand everything without feeling rushed. It’s rare to find a provider who combines such professionalism with true compassion. If you’re looking for a doctor who values your concerns and treats you like more than just a number, this is the one. Five stars all the way!

Everyone in the office from start to finish is very kind and friendly! It's a little further of a drive for me from where I live but don't mind going because it's stress free. Dr. Wong is very caring and easy to talk to. She takes her time and is ready to help with any health issues. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. wong and this practice!!

Dr Wong is fantastic. She genuinely wants to help you and doesn’t just dismiss your concerns. She works with you to to come up with a plan that your comfortable with. She speaks to her patients in a reassuring way and makes you as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Wong is a world class physician rarely available in today’s medical practices. She carefully listens to you and affirms your comments. She displays sincere energy. We are so happy to have found her. She is truly a gem.

Dr. Wong herself is great, super kind and respectful. The problem is her staff. I had an appointment on August 22nd to establish primary care (just moved to the area) and renew my daily medications. I called on three separate occasions to check in on the status of my medications since the pharmacy stated they did not receive any prescriptions. Not only did not one ever call my back, but they also did not call in my prescriptions until I called and spoke with a completely different department to inquire about this (the scheduling department finally got ahold of someone and my medications were later sent in a few days after on September 26th, a whole month after my appointment). Then, one of my medications requires a pre-auth which again the office did not complete. My insurance and the pharmacy sent them the pre-auth to fill out and still they did not respond or send in the required paperwork or call me to notify there was a problem. My insurance sent me a notification that they… received the request for this medication on Oct. 10th. Now 2 months later I still don't have my medication that I take DAILY.. and am now scrambling to try to find another doctor because this office has dropped the ball. I am beyond disappointed about this blatant disregard for patients and the negligence of this practice.

Moved to Virginia from New York last year I have nothing but praise for Jenna Wong She listens and helps resolves whatever issues & concerns I have I have recommended her to a few people in my condo and will continue to do so She is an asset

I enjoyed that I was welcomed & felt comfortable from the front to the back staff. They were all very welcoming, comforting,& very professional. Dr. Wong listened & helped with all of my issues & if she couldn't she referred another Dr. Will be going back.
