Appointments are never executed at the scheduled time, be prepared for 45 min wait times at minimum. I've had appointments cancelled as I'm driving to the doctor's office. They'll say she's delayed due to a delivery in the AM but God forbid they gave a courtesy call to let you know before your time is wasted. Don't expect them to ever answer calls from the Pharmacy on refills - you'll have to track down the doctor yourself. They seem to close the office on random days and earlier than their office hours. I would not recommend.

I lost count of how many times Dr Agnello failed me during a 2 month illness. She cancelled my initial appt when I was seeking immediate care for an issue. She would not respond to multiple requests to confirm a prescription with my pharmacy. I drove all the way to her office (not local) for an appt her staff scheduled only to be told it was her day off. Her staff provided me contact info for her back up. However that dr had no knowledge that she was covering for Dr Agnello & she didn’t have any openings to see me. She never calls with test results, etc etc.

I have never once wrote a review before but I feel that patients deserve to know how I was treated at this office. Aside from my first two annual visits where I was told “I think you’re fine” after discussing my heavy cycle I decided to come back to use her as an Ob-GYN. I was scheduled to come in for a 10-week visit to check on the baby. I was told weeks prior that she would be running a “Clara test” this was a blood screen that checks for chromosomal issues as well as a Down syndrome test. I was told I would know the gender as well. Having a friend that denied this test herself due to the high dollar costs for knowing the gender early, I asked the doctor if she thinks insurance would cover it. She said I don’t see why not. Prior to coming back for this visit, I called my insurance company Tricare. Tricare does not pay for this service unless “deemed medical necessary” which is being over 35 years old, or having chromosomal abnormalities that runs in the family history. I was… told I would need to pay out of pocket and after multiple research I read this bill could be up to 1000 dollars out of pocket. I called the office on the morning of my appointment to let them know my insurance does not cover it and they told me to still come in for the doctor’s visit. I was taken back 15 minutes late for my appointment and finally Doctor Agnello came in. She started by saying “We are going to run the Clara test today”. I calmly mentioned my insurance does not cover it. She then said what insurance? I said Tricare. She then said, “Well we never have had a patient come to us regarding a bill about this”. I let her know this is what I was told. She then started to say that she contracts her lab on-site and that she does not get compensated at all or make any money off that test as if I was accusing her. I let her know that I don’t think she did and that I prefer to call them one more time and come back in a week or so if she feels the test is very important. She then proceeded to say, in an angry tone, “So you’re choosing to listen to an insurance company over me?” I let her know I am not currently in the place to pay 1000 dollars out of pocket. She then said, “Lets go call the rep together” and rushed me out of the room… I thought this was bad but it got worse. Now I am standing with the doctor, the MA and the lady that works for the lab behind a glass wall with patients clearly able to see and hear the whole conversation. Doctor Agnello calls the rep and states she has a patient that won’t do the test because of Tricare and to call her back. Out loud in front of this group of people, she loudly and rudely says, “So you don’t care if your baby has Down syndrome?” I was caught off guard and silent. She then asked again in the same tone, “So you are choosing to listen to insurance over a Medical professional?” I was silent again. She then goes, “So do you have a job?” I let her know I do and she asked what I do for a living. I told her Medical Sales. Loudly again, “So you realize you’re going to have to pay medical bills for a baby right? The health is important.” As if I did not care or understand my responsibility as a mother. I let her know calmly, I am listening to what my insurance company deems necessary. She hands me a brochure regarding the test that sits with other brochures in the office for cosmetic procedures and the terms are as follows: Is this test right for me? The answer is if you are over 35 at an advanced maternal age, you have an abnormal or “positive” serum screen, your ultrasound shows concerns or abnormalities, or you have a personal or family history of Trisomies 21, 18, or 13. It says it “may” be routinely offered to all mothers”. It does not say necessity. The rep finally calls back and I think it’s for Tricare. She rudely hands me the phone and goes “here talk to her” She does not tell the rep who I am. I don’t know whom I am speaking with and she walks away. He instructs me he is from the Lab that they contract with. I let him know my insurance does not cover it. He says well we would bill it to Tricare, it sounds you already know it will get denied but if that’s the case we will eat the cost and you will not be financially responsible- (I am not sure how this makes sense but even he figured Tricare would deny this). I asked him to confirm I would not get charged and I let him know then I would do it. I let the staff know this and that I would take it but then she then tells her assistant to book the next patient and I am thrown out of my room with NOTHING done. No heart rate check, no questions on how I am doing and feeling. She tells her assistant to then book me four weeks out and dismisses me. I look at the assistant, very upset, and said so do I not have any medical work done? I am just concerned for my baby and wanted a check up. I also took off work this afternoon. She asked me to sit in the lobby while she asks the doctor because she seemed to fear what the doctor would say. I told her I rather get my records (so I could leave) and reschedule. Clearly, the “test” was more important to her than my health. The doctor comes back, with a hand-written note on my chart, that she rudely again reads out loud (I am sure patients could hear) it stated: Patient refused my care and prefers to listen to insurance company over me because she does not want bill. She does not want to test for Down syndrome (this was said loudly and in a tone like I don’t care for my baby- I was so embarrassed”. I now felt this had violated my HIPPA rights as my entire conversation was now read out loud just separated by a glass window. After being belittled for 15 minutes, I finally leave with my blood records. The assistant must have told the doctor I was upset NO work was done during this crucial appointment and the doctor calls me ten minutes later telling me a “Doppler

Does not have time for you and does not care. I’ve never felt so dismissed and uncared for by a doctor. Doesn’t appear to be very smart and can’t follow a conversation. Is more interested in rushing to her next appointment then showing compassion and talking to her patients. Utterly incompetent. She should be ashamed of herself by how she makes her patients feel especially if they have a real issue happening. Find a better doctor. This one could care less about people.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!! The most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with!! I needed a refill on a prescription and it took them a week to get back to my pharmacy to fill it! I needed a doctors note just confirming things and that took them days and then refused to do it! I expressed how disappointed I was with the staff to the receptionist and the doctor called me back just to tell me she didn't want to care for me anymore!! Meanwhile, she was supposed to be in a delivery. Interesting how she was in a delivery when I needed something but available to call me and tell me not to come back!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!

First of all, I have never been disgusted quite enough to write a review on a doctor. I had a pelvic ultrasound 2 weeks ago. The doctor would not return my calls about the results but yet had the office call to schedule a biopsy WITHOUT TELLING ME WHY. I finally picked up a copy to see it for myself. Then, the office said "the doctor needs to speak to you in person due to 'several concerns.'" Made an appointments, she kept canceling. I then said, please have her at least discuss it on the phone; the office was nasty and scolded me for suggesting that. I have yet to speak to her despite her "several concerns." While not unmindful of doctors' busy schedules, I find it ABSOLUTELY UNCONSCIONABLE that a doctor would refuse to speak to someone with a problematic test result. IN SUM: My opinion of Dr. Agnello: like$ to go over te$t$ in per$son at her convenience, particularly if one ha$ good in$surance and exhibits zero regard for her patient as a person.

They let you wait for at least an hour, then they call you for your co-pay and let you in the office. I was not aware and not informed that payment is due up-front. After waiting for an hour I nicely ask for my appointed time and there and then I was informed that they need their $105 now or I have to reschedule.....NO MONEY NO DON" come IN!!!!

Been using Dr. Agnello for +15 years. She is an amazing OB & GYNO. She's delivered both my children and has a wonderful bedside manner. She is genuine, kind, funny, and loving to her patients. It's because of the high-level of care she provides to her patients that it backs up the waiting room. I NEVER feel rushed or pressured to get out of the office. While I often wait +60 min for my appointment, especially in the evening, I know that she's going to listen to my concerns and not think about the next patient. She is completely focused on me. It use to frustrate me, but now since I know I will wait, I bring a good book and don't schedule anything afterwards.

I wait forever in her office. She is insensitive and rude- making unnecessary snotty and insensitive comments during a biopsy... if you have ever had one you know its not pleasant but she thought it professional to discuss sensitive issues with me while she is snipping away parts of my cervix...oh yeah and I am SOBBING on the table. Find a better doctor, Dr. Agnello has a severe attitude problem and I dont think she should be speaking to patients the way she does. She has zero ability to adjust her sensitivity level for each patient and in my opinion in her specialty sensitivity is VITAL. To make matters worse, unfortunately she was my first GYN ever. Horrible.

I had her for first couple of months of my delivery. She would never sit and explain anything. It was like she was in hurry and always had to rush. She would never spend more than 2 minutes on my checkups.Her staff is horrible. The front desk woman seems like she is from stone age as she does not even know how to call and let the patient know that doctor is not in the office.This practive is worst then a butcher shop!.
