I have never had a doctor be so rude! First she was over an hour late, that's okay as that can happen but then she came in and was passive aggressive making comment under her breath and was very condescending and judgemental. I have never been treated that way and will NEVER go back!

Waiting for Dr. Arnold is around 1 hour and her visit is 10 minutes.

I waited for an hour and a half, and she didn't even know I was there! I kept coming out and asking if she was coming soon, she then spent five minutes with me, and then lost my blood work. Today, my friend had a 2:15 appointment, and last I heard at 4:15, she had not seen her yet! That is TWO HOURS and counting without even being seen yet!!! Never again! Not again

I had Dr J. Arnold as my physician probably since 1998 or earlier. I moved to Ca. in 2003 and recently came back for a visit. I fell, injured my knees, elbows, chest, and suffered an awful looking split upper lip.I called her office and was told to come in immediately. Her office staff treated me with compassion and I was ushered into an exam room where Dr. Arnold and her P.A. assessed the injuries and sutured my lip asap. My lip does not have a scar and all of my scrapes and bruises cleared up. I had to see her again a few weeks later for another problem and am grateful to have a caring, knowledgeable Dr. that I can rely on when I am away from my home which is in California. My Dr. in Ca. said she couldn't tell that I had suffered a facial injury as there was no visible scar.

After a visit with Dr. Jennifer you feel like you've just run a marathon - a conversational marathon. She'll ask you a question, but before you can formulate and utter your answer, she'll ask you a completely unrelated question. This goes on and on during your appointment. You never feel like you've answered any of her questions, and she certainly hasn't listened to any of your answers.Her front desk staff are VERY rude, short tempered and completely unhelpful, in person and ESPECIALLY on the phone.Overall, if you insist on going to her location, see one of her associates instead!

Before I saw Dr. Arnold I had not been to a doctor in over 5 years. She is with out a doubt the best in the business. She cares about her patients and will spend what ever time required to make you feel comfortable. The whole staff is top notch. I am glad I was referred to Dr. Arnold.

i have been a patient of dr arnolds for about 10 years, and i have never had a better dr. the wait is long, but she takes SO much time with you and cares so much... do not listen to the bad reviews, she is amazing!!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Arnolds for 15 years and I am one of the patients that wreck her schedule, I have a cronic desease that she diagnosed after several specialists were stumped. She is a caring person with incredible knowledge who keeps up on the latest reasearch she has called me at 8pm wth a new idea or referral to a specialist. She is an A1 Doctor and I have delt with enough of them to know.
