Excellent visit. Dr Arzola was attentive, knowledgeable, and took time to listen and explain everything clearly. The staff was friendly and efficient. I felt well cared for and would highly recommend this practice.

Had my annual physical with my PCP the day prior before visiting this office. Was referred by my PCP for the particular form of birth control I wanted to go on. Scheduled appointment with the office, explained what I needed and was able to get in the next day. Great. After arriving at the appointment I was told that I was there for an annual physical. I corrected the staff member and was told again that that’s what I was in for. I explained that I was there for the birth control. I did not feel like the staff members respected that and were pushing me to get established as a new patient, even though I’m sticking with my current PCP at a different practice. If you need specialized care it may be fine, but I was not a fan of the environment.

Shayna Manuel, NP was great as well as the rest of the staff that assisted.

As always a wonderful experience. Dr Arzola is always so patient with me and so supportive. The staff is very friendly.

I absolutely love Dr. Arzola. I have been a patient of hers for over ten years and she’s the only gynecologist I trust. She always asks about my personal life and has great bedside manner. She takes my concerns seriously and answers all questions I have. I recommend her and her practice!

Everyone at this office is very professional. PA Shelby is extremely sweet and makes sure you have all the information you need. Dr Arzola has always gone the extra mile in my care! I highly recommend her office! My daughter and I both see her.

Never have I been spoken to and treated so poorly by a physician. Not only did Dr Arzola speak to me as though I was a nuisance and ignorant but she also insinuated that my unborn baby shouldn’t exist. Her choice of words lacked any empathy, compassion, or any hint of an effort to find a resolution to the need I had. I am both shocked and saddened by this experience as I have been a patient of hers for 9 years however, I will never return or refer friends or loved ones.

I love Dr. Arzola! She is warm and friendly. She delivered my daughter 6 years ago and I’ve continued to see her since. I never have to wait when I go into the office and the nurses are responsive when I call with questions.

I love Dr Arzola, she was wonderful before and after my pregnancy. She listens and takes her time. I highly recommend her.
