Dr. Jennifer L Ault, DO

Dr Ault saw me urgently for a disc herniation. She was incredibly thorough and explained all treatment options. She was present and compassionate which is not easy to find in many doctors. I am completely better after an epidural, some physical therapy, and a tremendous amount of education. She is a former physical therapist and really knows what she is doing!! The only downside is she is VERY busy so it was hard to get in to see her. I called every day and got in within 2 weeks but I was told she had 3 month waitlist. I can see why.

Without reviewing my sister's long list of meds, self-diagnosed multiple "illnesses," and actual "pain" levels, (pain we never saw her in), this doc has prescribed such large amounts of opioids to my sister, who once owned her own home, and was doing well, but who is now rabidly addicted, and homeless. She will likely die in the streets. I understand she is an O.D. not an M.D.

Dr Ault and her staff are exceptional. I have had severe neuropathy for years. She performed a spinal cord stimulator implant and revised all of my medications. I am 80-90% better after years of dealing with this. I wish I met her sooner. She also sees my wife who feels similarly! KW in Berkeley

I find Dr. Ault very caring, also she did a procedure on my lower back to avoid major surgery, I was the first to request doing it under local and I was awake and commenting the entire time with just about zero pain compared to the pain I have normally. I found the procedure lasted twice what the prognosis is and will try repeating it.

I was pleased with my outcome. Do to some information not given prior to an injection (not from Dr. Ault or her staff but from the surgery center) I had to get the injection with a local and no other anesthesia. She talked me through it and it was fine.
