I cannot say enough good things about this office. After feeling dismissed and unheard by a previous provider, this experience was completely different in the best way. I actually started seeing her when she was at the Center for Women, prior to the merge with Southwoods, and have continued my care with her since. That consistency alone says a lot. From day one, they truly listened, took my concerns seriously, and advocated for me every step of the way. Because of their diligence and care, I was able to get a surgery I needed much faster than I ever expected. What really stands out is that it’s not just the doctor—it’s the entire team. From the front desk, to lab, to mammography, every single person I’ve interacted with has been kind, professional, and genuinely caring. It is such a relief to finally feel heard and supported in my healthcare. I am beyond grateful and would highly recommend this office to anyone.

This office is very unprofessional and rude. Their so called office manager is the worst. She says your conversation makes her uncomfortable and she doesn't want to continue to talk. They call your current doctor and say you are unhappy with their care and so you get dropped as a patient. Because of this office I'm 12wks pregnant and have no doctor. This place doesn't care about you as a patient and they sure as heck don't respect you.

Dr baird, dr musser, and Keri are amazing. Staff is helpful. Dr musser delivered my baby while dr baird was out of the office, and they will be delivering any other future children I have!

Dr. Baird has been my OB for 10+ years now. She and her staff are wonderful. I recommend then to everyone.

Dr. Baird is the best physician I have ever come into contact with. She makes you feel completely at ease, listens and addresses all of your problems. Her office staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous.She is an excellent surgeon and obstetrician.
