Dr Bess is an awesome Dr. She detected a disease in my mother's arteries early on and sent her to eye Dr as it could cause her to go blind but the eye Dr said Dr Bess was too be commended for catching that so fast. Best Dr Ever

My 22-year-old daughter tried to establish care with Dr. Bess -- a simple "check up" The doctor spent mere minutes with her, didn't listen to her medical history, and promptly billed us $495 for a "level 4" visit, which requires a 45 minute visit and a moderate to severe diagnosis. Were still in a dispute with the office (which also has a crabby nurse) and the insurance company. We are now looking for an office where the physician actually cares for her patients.

I saw Dr. Bess a few years ago for a routine physical; Everything went fine. However, I have called the office on 2 different occasions for an appt. and had to leave a voice mail- no one ever returned my calls! A good thing it was not urgent either time. After this last experience, I will be moving on to someone more attentive

Dr. Bess failed to diagnose my mom with having a goiter the size of a softball after many years of her being a patient. My moms Orthopedic Dr. found it pressing on her windpipe and nerves in her shoulder. Dr. Bess recommended a surgeon that performed the surgery leaving my mom with bilateral vocal chord paralysis. After , having a trache for 7 long months . She now gets it injected with a filler just to talk. She will never be the same

Dr. Schubert is seemingly a nice Dr. You will have an easy time getting an appt, because she is still a new physician and not fully established yet. Her office staff is nice. She seems to not know much about the human body in regards to how ailments and injuries can affect other systems and doesn't think outside the box for other possible reasons for how the patient feels. She doesn't seem to stay up on new information concerning alternative medicine, which I am used to all Dr.'s knowing of other natural things to try rather than running to a prescription for everything. I feel that she over-prescribes many drugs at levels that are dangerously high, that I know, she has not seen proven to help the patient. I suggest finding another physician who has more than 10 years under their belt. I'm not a fan and had a pretty bad experience with her. Felt very disrespected by her attitude and frustration that she couldn't figure out what was wrong. I felt quickly written off by her… and her office would not return phone calls to discuss anything with my wife or myself. I do not recommend this physician until she has many more years under her belt and is willing to listen the patient fully without interruption.
