I saw her for an umbilical hernia and abdominal pain. Once I requested her record pursuant to HIPAA protocols, she claimed that I had (1) COPD, (2) IBS, (3) CKD, (4) Emphysema, (5) Depression, and (6) Anxiety. My St. Peter's PCP maintains a fact-checked list of 'Current Health Problems' that does not include any of these diagnoses. I had to complain to (1) St. Peter's Director of Compliance and (2) New York State Department of Health's Office of Professional Medical Conduct to file an official record amendment, which wasted four months of my time waiting for a decision. Also, I asked Dr. Brady for a referral to a St. Peter's gastroenterologist and supplied her with all my out-of-state records, only selections of which she forwarded.
