She is uncaring, close mined, she did minor surgery on my bladder. I get no follow up. Not even with a nurse practitioner! They said, if u have a complacation then call us. Really!!! BAD UNCARING DOCTOR!! N the whole clinic backs her!! BAD!!

Dr. Burns gave me E-coli from her botched exploratory prostate surgery. if you are a male avoid this one at all cost. I ended up in the ER w/ a catheter after she lied to me and refused to prescribe the appropriate therapy according to my new male urologist.

Rude, yells and won’t answer any questions.

I am the wife of a patient that was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer , and I DO NOT RECOMEND this woman to operate / diagnose anyone !!! Honestly beleive she has psychological issues based on her promptness to rip out my husbands prostate with him being in the very early stages of cancer she performed biopsies on my husband she was non~emotional and very close minded to alternative treatment , and very aggressive on the phone to deter me from seeing a better surgeon !! I can proudly say I am seeing a doctor at mayo clinic

I had one, ten minute consultation. I felt like I was being interrogated. She seems cold and uncaring.. I endured over a two hour drive in terrible pain for this appointment. I will not go back . There are other urologist s. I left feeling so bad and understand it wasn't just me.I read her reviews and I am not the only one who had a negative experience.

I found Dr Burns to be less communicative than expected. follow up to surgery was less than expected too. I had many questions before and after and never felt completely satisfied. surgery should have certain outcomes and within a month I had a relapse of complications and the response was oh well, surgery isn't guaranteed. not an answer to the cost.

Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to Dr burns were so very nice and compassionate. I would not go anywhere else. I recommend her and her staff 150 percent. Thank you to Dr. burns and staff!

Our contact with Dr Burns occurred awhile back when our aged mother was diagnosed with a serious illness. We can't say enough for Dr Burns -- professional, patient (Mother is not an easy patient!), understanding, hard-working, caring. With Dr Burns' help and guidance, Mother made a speedy recovery and has been in excellent health ever since. Our highest recommendation to Dr Burns, with special cudos for her going the extra mile in diagnosing the illness and outling an excellent recovery plan, as well as going the extra mile with hospital care, follow-up visits, etc. We wish other doctors and health professionals would learn these qualities from Dr Burns!
