Dr. Thomas Robert Schlueter, MD

Rude, and very rough on me phyically. I felt abused by this Doctor.

At my last visit, I was trying to explain my problem. Dr. Schlueter cut me off and said, "Tell me what you want." I did not appreciate his attitude toward me and did not like being cut off in mid sentence. He doesn't want to listen and talks down to you. He does not want to work with you to discuss your problem.

Lacks bedside Manner and is very rude

I saw Dr. Schlueter for a kidney stone issue, and he was excellent. He took time to explain to me what the issue was, and explained what my choices were. I decided to have the stone removed, and he was great about fitting me into his surgery schedule as well as follow up appointments. I will definitely see him again if needed.

Do not see this man unless you actually like being ignored, and wish to be dictated to.In my initial (and only) visit with him I was trying to explain my symptoms to him when it became extremely obvious he wasn't listening to a word I was saying - a fact confirm when he didn't not react to me turning to my wife as asking "is he even listening?". Had his diagnosis been correct, that might have been somewhat a mitigating factor, but he was dead wrong in his assessment - suggesting surgery for an issue that actually only required antibiotics.

Straight forward. Matter of fact kind of guy. Liked him.
