We had a conversation about the status of my knees. She explaind an alternative procedure to give me more comfort as opposed to getting steroid shorts. I told her I would consider it for my next visit.

When getting my appointment was told I would see Dr Jennifer Byrd and that I had to go to where she would be at on that day, I was getting an injection so I thought I would be seeing her too do it just as before when she gave me my cortisone injection and to be able to actually talk to her too, well that didn’t happen, I saw her P.A (which I had nothing bad to say about him he was great) but if the appointment person told me that I wasn’t going to see her but her assistant then why would I have needed to make the special appointment for her, I believe I should’ve been able to get an injection appointment with just her PA then! Also appointments are obviously just a play on words because if you get an appointment you should be darn near close to seeing close to that time, and I’m giving leeway of 10-15 mins to be late for the dr. To come in…not almost an 40mins to an hour? Because if we are late more than 20mins ppl have had to reschedule? So why can’t we be able to back charge… physicians? Not trying to complain too harshly but I believe our time is just as important as the doctors!!!

First time at this provider... The job was done.. just don't let the client feel you are rushing bcuz you have so many other clients to see.. it is what it is.. but overall good visit would come back...

Love the professional staff, ease making appointments and timeliness of schedule. She listens to patients needs and is proactive in care.

Dr. Byrd explained what my injury was and how it was going to be repaired. Leena was also very pleasantly available with any questions I had pre and post-op.

Doctor Jennifer Byrd carefully listened to my description of my shoulder pain. She then explained in detail (in a language that I could understand) what was happening with my shoulder. She then determined an appropriate treatment that has been successful in alleviating my pain. Thank you.
