Dr. Jennifer Demling Cebe, PsyD

I have been seeing Jennifer on and off for years. She has helped me through multiple major life events, multiple diagnoses, and many other problems. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. She has been a lifesaver on multiple occasions.

During parental evaluation; she noted mother was too positive. Three years later, I’m still positive & it’s working for me during the pandemic. Also, law department handed me my son a year after her documentation. A year of chaos my son didn’t need to endure. Do your investing before hiring!!

Dr. Cebe has very masculine characteristics. She did not provide a thorough assessment & made comments that were not valid in court documents. A year later, the police called me to pick up my child. Unfortunately; my son went through a lot of stress from her neglect,

I sat through court depositions and watched this so-called psychologist blatantly lie to attorneys to suit her own agenda and monetary gain. Throughout her own notes submitted to the court she made many many comments that our son felt abused and he repeatedly told this fake of his fathers drinking problem and physical abuse. Yet when questioned, she looked directly at me and lied. Saying the child had never used the word abuse and that she felt I was restricting the fathers access to his child. I’m stating very clearly that in my opinion the facts demonstrate she is dishonest. FYI Cebe I’m trying to keep my child alive and give him a chance to grow into the amazing young man that he is. Please don’t send your children or family to see this person. She will wreck your lives!

Dr. Cebe is very professional and was very helpful. I have been seeing her for a while and appreciate her excellent care.

Terrible stay far away from this doc..

This psychologist of the 21st century still has ideations from the 1920's favoring mothers over fathers despite the children wanting to spend equal time. She failed to diagnose an obvious Borderline personality disorder, who now gets to mentally abuse the children. She ignores the pertinent findings on the MMPI testing saying the person was nervous yet her client is an attorney. Basically she could care less about families, and the children's mental well being.

This individual is outright corrupt and dishonest. She was hired to "reunify our sons with their abusive, alcoholic, wealthy father". She conducted interviews and heard from the children and myself of his physical and emotional abuse. She proceeded to pretend that she never heard of these facts or issues and told our children she didn't believe them and was not concerned. She has harmed these teenage boys in a very deep and traumatizing manner with her unethical actions.

Dr. Cebe is a feminist. Please read her thesis at Spalding University. She chose a woman to be the primary custodial parent only because she has ovaries. Never mind that this female has now been married three times, lives with another man who was arrested for drugs anddoesn't work. She is the mom! I am ashamed for Dr. Cebe.

I am preparing to see Dr. Cebe and I would like to say that so far she has been very patient, very understanding, and has been professional. After reading the prior review, I would not pay attention to that review seeing how there are only two disgruntled persons and those reviews could be completely falsified as well put there to discourage women or men to follow through with her services. Dr. Cebe was confirmed from several professional persons and has been used many times within the court system, I feel as though if she were not trustworthy than perhaps people would have already stopped using her services a long time ago, and perhaps many persons would have challenged her. I also believe that with any psychologists job, they must look at the interest of the children, the parents well being, and it's her job to look beyond a manipulators fauscaude. It is very hard for scared women, or men, to move forward in court battles, out of pure fear of what will happen, but I believe that if… she has been appointed to your case then you should stick with her, unless by all means she has not listened to you at all. If you have legal proof in your case already, that shows there has been findings that support your need to assist you for sole custody, and the court has appointed her, then use her, if she is not working well with you, then get another Psychologist that is more empathetic and sue her for your money back- or just ask for the money back professionally.
