Dr. Jennifer Chenhui Chen, MD

I have been with Dr. Chen for the past 20 years. I have change insurance through out the years and can't see her thru insurance but I still see her one a year. Now I'm back with her again. She is the best Doctor I ever had.....

Jennifer Chen is a doctor who spends the needed time with you and is very thorough. She is not overly hasty to prescribe medicine but addresses lifestyle and diet first when appropriate. Her staff is kind and hardworking. I think they go out of their way to help. When Wendy saw that I was having trouble finding a specialist who takes my insurance, she did the research, which was likely very time-consuming. (My on-line provider directory is often hard to access; one time it even denied its own existence!) I have not yet had to wait an extremely long time for an appointment. When the wait is a little longer than usual, I think it is because Dr. Chen is so willing to spend time with each patient, so that is not a problem to me. One time she even saw me, due to the circumstances, on a day when no appointments were being scheduled. That is a professional who cares. This is why "promptness" is a four-star rating. I recommend arriving early as parking is hard to find.
