Dr. Jennifer Lynn Chwalek, MD

Wonderful Dermatologist. Going to her for more than 4 years. She is fast at evaluating information and great at laser treatments. She explains the different conditions so it is easy to understand. Hillsborough NJ Office is very clean and modern, staff lovely.

Dr. Chwalek cares only about one thing, herself. I took my parent there and she ignored me and my parent. Instead she just spoke to the nursing staff ABOUT my parent. When asked to speak louder because my parent couldn't hear her, she turned and instead spoke directly to the nursing asst as if this request from the patient was too much trouble. Then she stated that she didn't have time to do the entire procedure which she said she would do when visiting at prior appointment. And when she did finally start, after waiting for over an hour, she asked the nursing assistant to find out what other patients needed so she knew whether or not she needed to rush this procedure. She actually said this while working on my parent with me in the room! Not that she cared, she didn't even recognize us as people. By the way, the procedure took all of 3 minutes! The full procedure would have taken 10 minutes. My parent chose to stay, but I would have left and taken my business elsewhere. Rude doctor,… incompetent staff with much to learn about patient CARE!
