Getting diagnostic test results is very difficult. Messages are left but it takes days to get a response from staff. Getting prescription refills also takes several phone calls. Dr Cool was ok, but I don't have challenging health issues, I'm leaving the practice because of the lack of follow up care after a visit and a frustrating communication breakdown

My husband recommended Dr. Cool to me and I couldn't be happier. I've never had a long wait time and she doesn't rush thru my appointment. She takes the time and answers questions and her staff is very nice.

I started to see Dr. Cool after bad experiences with my two previous primary care physicians. Unlike the others she listens to what I am saying and allows me to make suggestions in regards to my treatment. I have numerous medical conditions and she understands that sometimes the patient might actually be intelligent and may have a good insight into their care. I have grown tired of doctors who are arrogant and don't listen to what I have to say.
