Worst doctor in Novant system. Never listens to patients. Doesn’t take histories. Ignores advice of referring therapists from specialties. Lazy. Needs to go back to medical school. If you have chronic disease like heart of kidney issues, she cuts off your medications to “challenge your kidneys”. When you go for a visit in 2025, she says go the Cone Health in the future — that’s in another metropolitan area called Greensboro. Been a patient at Novant for several years.. She does not speak but will ask you out as she walks you to the desk to check out. She mixes up her patients records. Refuses to listen to recommendations from specialists. Forgets that she had your annual visit and refers only to notes from two years earlier. Takes recommendation from previous health provider but cannot even verify who that primary care provider was.

Saw Dr Day about an ailment I was having. After a short questionnaire I asked, didn't she want a urine sample? Nah, that won't show me anything. After about 2-3 weeks was still not feeling right and made another appt. insisted on a urine test to a nurse and then to Dr. Day. Sure enough it showed that I had a UTI. How long had it been there?? Of course I was upset. Relayed to the Manager, Lisa, and she rudely asked, well, what do you want me to do? Tell her you're really really upset? I couldn't believe how rude she was. It would be negligent of me not to voice what happened to me. Dr. Day blew off the urine sample - a standard routine procedure. She screwed up and I choose not to go back because I lacked trust in her ability.

Have seen Dr. Day for about 20 years - only when I need to go. Most of the time I am rushed and the last time I was still asking questions while she was going out the door. Not in the room for over 2 minutes. Did not get to ask all the questions I wanted, nor did she ask about any and all info about my condition. Have grown very tired of this treatment. Altho' she is very likable, am thinking about changing.

If you want an inaccurate assessment and diagnosis see this provider. She is be far the WORST doctor I have ever seen. She does not put in half my concerns into the chart or check into them so when I called and complained I was the "liar". She does not spend any time with patients and does not explain anything.

Will not go back. She was all over the place with her numerous inaccurate diagnosis, didn't explain much to me I had to pull information out of her, she seemed uncomfortable interacting with me, didn't seem to take my concerns into consideration, the list goes on. I didn't enjoy or find my visits with her helpful. I definitely wouldn't recommend her or ever go back.

Did not listen

Never ever see her again or any one in my family!!

Takes intrest in my concerns and follows up with Drug order when needed. Calls to check on my progress after each visit.
