I am a licensed clinical social worker committed to working with individuals looking to address depression, anxiety, relationship and intimacy issues. I also have a background in chemical dependency and trauma. I strongly believe that relationships– whether with ourselves or others– greatly impact our life satisfaction. I believe therapy is a collaborative process between myself and my clients. I work with an integrative and strengths-based approach, while tailoring my treatment to fit the individual needs of my clients. I utilize a warm, directive, and authentic approach to create a safe and supportive environment that invites clients to build insight and achieve balance.
