Nice, and helped a great deal

never seen the dr. heard her & her MA in the next room over discussing my insurance which was very judgemental. It was lunchtime even though I was early & on time. She never came to my room & I was in there waiting over an hour. MA claimed she was with a patient however the 2x I went out to check what was going on all her exam rooms were empty & the MA said she was with another patient. There was 1 ahead of me & everyone in the office besides the 1 MA was in there. With no respect of my time (I'm assuming instead of being with a patient she went to lunch) I did not want her treating my pre-cancer

I have a very irregular cycle, so when I finally had a positive pregnancy test, we had no way to know for certain how far along I was. My PCP set me up with this office, I had an initial visit that was only with a nurse. From there I scheduled an appointment with Dr Frink for when I was 12 weeks along. Dr Frink ordered a bunch of blood and urine test to be done before the first appointment and a 'dating' ultrasound to determine how far along I actually was, and the appointment would be changed if needed based on the results. My ultrasound was about a week after the initial consultation visit with the nurse. The ultrasound tech couldn't find a heartbeat, but didn't alarm me at all. The embryo was so small, I figured it was just too early to find one. She had Dr Frink review the ultrasound and then fit me in for a quick consultation to discuss the findings. The embryo was big enough they should have been able to find a heartbeat, and there were other abnormalties. I was experiencing a… missed miscarriage. She could not have delivered this news any better. I was, of course, devastated, but she was terrific. She discussed my options and I chose to wait to let it pass in its own, a decision I later regretted as I ended up getting an emergency D&C from her colleague, Dr Rangrass. She was equally great at my follow up appointment after the D&C. I have no bad words to say about anyone I encountered through my entire experience here.

I wait over 45 mins everytime I go to an appointment.

I had some testing I needed to do that would have otherwise been quite humiliating but Dr Frink and her staff were so professional and kind and accommodating, they put me at ease. Dr Frink was very thorough in her explanation of my diagnosis and gave us plenty of time to think and ask questions and gave us all the options - she spent quite a bit of time with us and did not make us feel rushed or hurried at all. I so appreciated her.

Dr. Frink was incredibly unprofessional during my visit to Borgess Women's Health. I went in for a routine IUD insertion and I ended up passing out and falling off of the table with the speculum and insertion instruments inside of me. She then proceeded to tell me she thought I had a seizure and that I needed to call someone to take me to the hospital. Once I finally was able to think clearly I had to ask her to remove a 2 inch piece of broken speculum from inside of me since she obviously did not perform an examination. If that were not bad enough it turns out that she neglected to listen to me when I told her why I was interested in getting the IUD during my consultation, for my menorrhagia, so now I am being billed hundreds of dollars for an IUD I did not receive because my insurance does not cover contraception. Please save yourself the trouble and visit another gynecologist.
