Horrible cosmetic visit for $2800. Was my dermatologist since she was in Plainview and moved to Melville. A totally changed doctor that I will recommend. There are excellent dermatologists at MDCS in both Nassau and Sullolk Counties. Never gets on the phone anymore to answer a question. Bye, Dr. Fryer. Too bad you work with her Linda, you have a kind heart.

I went for Botox and a little filler in few spots on my face. After 1200.00, I saw little to no difference. The area she said would be improved were not and then they wanted to charge me more to fill in same spots. I expected Doctor to honor what had been said that the 1200.00 would fix. I wish it would have worked out better so I could have returned but I did not feel they were concerned with retaining a client. I will try somewhere else and read more reviews before acting.

I think she started off understanding, and I was going there for years. Now when I go there I feel the staff is rude. Dr. Jennifer Fryer just doesn't care for her patients. And back to the beginning . No success with the acne. Won't go back. Won't recommend them either.

My son had a nail culture done. Was never called with the result but was going back for another office visit. When he went he was told it was inconclusive because a big enough piece was not taken. Was asked if he wanted to do it again and he said no. I who pay the bills got billed for this and called to complain that I shouldn't be billed for a service that wasn't done correctly. I was then told it was negative not inconclusive. I was sent a copy of the report to verify this. So why was my son given that information and asked to do it again????If he wasn't asked to do it again I'd say he misunderstood that is was negative not inconclusive. I was also told that dr fryer was angry with me to think that she did something wrong. She was angry??? The nerve of her. Then two days later I and my son get a letter saying we can no longer be her patient. I have not been for years and did she think my son would continue to be after all this. She's got some temper I see. Seemed like a sweetheart to… me when I used her but that doesn't make her a good doctor, that's why I stopped but for the things my son went for I thought it was fine. I guess not

I went there a number of years ago with legs so itchy that I scratched them to the point of bleeding. Rather than giving me an exam, taking blood or testing for allergies I was simply given a topical steroid with refills. Four months later my primary care physician found a lump on my neck that has been there for 6 months. He diagnosed me with stage III Hodgkins and one of the primary symptoms is itching legs. I was very disappointed that I was not given a thorough exam so that I may have caught the cancer earlier.

In my opinion and in the opinion of other patients I have spoken to while waiting in the atrocious atmosphere of the office "Dr. Jennifer Fryer", this arrogant and unpleasant Dr. and her staff, are unbelievably rude, hostile, and I'll mannered. The level of care I received was no better than the 45 minutes of what I refer to as the torture chamber. If you want to inquire about anything you may not understand, or be treated with any kind of respect or sympathy for your condition and treatment, this is not the place for you. Cold, unsympathetic, rude, and uncaring office staff and Dr.

WENT FOR A PROCEDURE ON FORHEAD. WAS TOLD NOT COVERED BY MEDICARE OR INSURANSE. TOLD DR TO GO AHEAD ANYHOW AND PAID THE $120 WHICH HAD TO BE DONE BEFORE PROCEDURE . THEN SEVERAL WEEK'S LATER RECV'D A COPY OF BILL FROM MEDICARE AND INSURANCE FOR THE $120. WHEN I CALLED THE DR'S OFFOCE WAS TOLD THERE WAS ONE CHG FOR THE OFFOCE VISIT AND ANOTHER FOR THE LESS THEN 5 MIN PROCEDURE. TALK ABOUT DR'S ; THIS ONE IS DEFINITLY IN IT FR THE MONEY.

She saw me for a total of 1 minuteThe whole experience was definitely rushedDespite my insurance saying they WOULD cover removal of a cyst, she refused to do so based on previous experience with the carrier and refused to refund me my 40 dollar patience visit or call the insurance company to confirm (almost unbelievable)I called Dr. Fryer's office back two days after my initial visit with a reference number from my insurance provider which they could call and immediately be connected with someone who would confirm that the procedure was in fact covered and I was told that based on the previous experiences with the provider they will not help me. (I pulled this doctor from the provider's site and confirmed with the doctor's office my insurance policy before I went in)Putting insurance company grievances on the side, if it is covered isn't it her duty to help me? Now I must go spend another 40 bucks to have another professional look at it before removal. (I will obviously confirm… insurance compatibility this time)

LEFT ME IN OFFICE AFTER TELLING ME SHE WOULD RETURN................WENT TO FRONT DESK WHERE MY 'RECORDS WERE' PD THE BILL AND WILL NEVER RETURN.
