Dr. Jennifer Pierce, MD

Dr. Jennifer Pierce is a surgeon who treats a variety of conditions, both benign and malignant, of the colon, rectum, and anus. She earned her medical degree from University of Michigan and a master’s in public health from the Harvard School of Public Health before completing her General Surgery residency at UC Davis. She went on to complete advanced fellowship training in Colon and Rectal Surgery at the University of Kentucky. Dr. Pierce is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care with a strong emphasis on minimally invasive techniques and improved outcomes for seriously ill and older adults. She believes deeply in patient-centered care, shared decision-making, and ensuring that every patient’s goals and values guide their treatment plan. Outside of medicine, Dr. Pierce enjoys spending time with her family and staying active outdoors.
